For me GC said the right things in his pre-match interview I.e. that he wants the team to enjoy the game and to play a more expansive brand of football. It’s clear that they are fearful of making a mistake at home and that anxiety has contributed to the lacklustre performances. It’s obviously a mental thing and GC is trying to address it. If we can get the first goal I think we will go on and win it but we need to be switched on from the very beginning as if we go behind then I don’t think the team have the belief to get back in it. Fingers crossed that one of our CBs can oblige with a header from a corner to get us off the mark.

I just hope GC sticks to his guns and picks a side with more creativity and doesn’t pack the midfield with defensive minded duo in the middle

I think bonham and ollie clarke should be dropped and if the manager dosnt trust sercombe in the middle he should also be left out.

Both teams will be right up for it, us as a response to the last couple of home games and Blackpool as they got paid in the week and it’s their first game Oyston free.
Looking forward to this one massively, let’s just hope we get to see a few home goals today. COYB!
