23 players listed for the game and Locks not among them. If fit will surely travel up for the game with the team tomorrow.

I hope so Dave. I know it is important for Locks as a player to be involved at National level and it must help him training with players of the calibre of Bale - but I maintain that Giggs could have released him for us yesterday if he knew he wasn't in his plans for today.

Just noticed that, what's happened to him as there's been no official mention of him being injured or ill just suggestions on Gaschat that he was ill before the last game? www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47600125

Since Wales have the whole squad either starting or on the bench it is fair to assume Locks has an injury or is unwell. If that is indeed the case he would not have been able to play for us on Saturday but whatever the problem I hope he's over it before Tuesday. If fit and well I'm sure he'll be at Rovers training tomorrow morning.

If fit and well I'm sure he'll be at Rovers training tomorrow morning. I think there were 30 or 31 players in the training squad, and 23 listed in the matchday squad - so Locks is one of the 7 or 8 left out or injured. I hope for our sake on Tuesday he has just been left out and is fit to play for us. There was some talk that he might have had a stomach bug when he missed the friendly match midweek if so then he should be over that by now.

Imo Tom is not and will not be good enough to be a wales international starter. Suppose itโs nice to have a break every now and again though! ๐

Tom is a lovely lad, speaks well, very much a team player; unfortunately, not a Kevin Ratcliffe, so unlikely to play for Wales too often, that said most, of us would love to say we had represented our nation at the highest level, so well done to Tom for what he has achieved to date.

It's untrue to say he isn't very good. He is a good defender at our level, but he isn't a leader and imo shouldn't be our matchday captain - club captain yes. He still seems to need an organiser and talker beside him - if not to organise his game, to talk to and organise the rest of the defence, which I don't think Tom is very good at. Good defender, but not a leader.

How can one half of one of a centre half pairing with such a good record not be very good? He seems to be your new target.

I just hope the reason for his absence is illness. If he has picked up an injury on international duty then that is not good. And if that tosser Giggs has taken him away from us just to not even include him in the squad then that is bang out of order. I hate the way that these national teams treat players from lower divisions. If this happened to a Premiership club's player then serious questions would be put to Giggs.

Accident waiting to happen is the lovely Tom. Hmmm. Giggs, pro licensed coach, more medals than any other British player and taken part in 1000+ top flight games or a clueless online troll. I think we know who has the most credibility in identifying football talent.
