Rodman might be back soon, according to Bris Post - good news !
He has not featured since February 23 due to injury but is closing in on a return for Rovers' final five games of the season. With Coughlan having recently favoured a narrow midfield involving four central midfielders, it is difficult to see where Rodman would fit back into the side, but his talent on the wing means it is equally difficult to make a case for leaving him out.

Yes, we’ve not put a single penny in. Glad you’re covering two million quid losses every year. The losses would be more than four million if the fans didn't buy tickets and food, so no need for the boring "you are not allowed to even suggest that things are not perfect unless you are prepared to buy the club" comment.

Rodman and THD back would give us a lot more options.

Yep. The idea that fans don't still help, and usually still get ripped off is laughable. Most fans don't have money but they help in many ways, be it volunteering, buying food, tickets etc. Some did try to help monetarily via the share scheme and many feel ripped off and betrayed by it. To suggest that Bradshaw etc deserve to run our club because they have money is exactly what has held us back for decades. The mass majority of our 'leaders' / owners / share holders have proven beyond reasonable doubt that they cannot run a successful football club. I don't have a pot to water in but I know I could run the club better. I honestly do know that. It has NOTHING to do with money. Zero. It's about intelligence, morals and organisation.

We were a team that was mid table in League 1. We lost quality from the team, as reflected in a negative value in transfer dealings. The result was that became a below mid-table team. Seems simple to me. Absolutely right we had a poor summer transfer window and we can’t hide from that. The only part of the pitch we managed to improve was the goalkeeper, bringing in Bonham in the place of Slocombe, a good bit of business albeit on a loan. The defence stayed more or less the same, we traded one good L1 left back for another, THD for Brown, the midfield got slightly worse as we failed to bring in any additions that were better than what we already had and the form of Sercombe and Lines has significantly tailed off. The attack was the part of the team that suffered most, Harrison and Gaffney may not have been one of the best strike forces in the league but it got us goals and after both left we missed Harrison’s work rate and Gaffney’s technical ability. Payne had neither of these things and was found lacking in front of goal and Reilly and Jakubiak work hard but also haven’t found the back of the net as much as we would have liked. January brought us another option in the midfield In Ogogo and most importantly a striker that is better than anything we had previously in JCH, both good signings but there is still a lot of scope for further improvement within the squad. This is why this summer is so important for us both on and off the field. If we have another transfer window like last year and weaken even further, we will go down next year there is no doubt in my mind of that. If we can improve what we have, the sky is the limit of what we can achieve under Coughlan. Yeah, or net sped on goalkeepers was neutral, our net spend of defenders was positive, our net spend on midfielders was positive, our net spend on strikers was negative by over a million quid. So our defence stayed ok, but we couldn't score goals.

Seems simple to me. That's overly simple coz it is obviously possible to pick up bargains or pay over the odds for players. How did we become a mid table league 1 side when we were in the conference? It's possible to pick up bargains, but it's not reliable over the long term
