Crazy that our record buy is still Tillson nearly 30 years ago. Can't see that changing anytime soon either.

You've made 15 posts, two of them to make threads about those other lot. Hmm. They are our rivals & like it or not but this news is something substantial to talk about. Pre-season has only just begun, there's not much else to talk about that hasn't been posted already. Something substantial? It's nout to do or relevant to us. On some forums, you have to make a certain number of posts, before you can start a thread. I'd suggest 150, in some cases. You've probably overlooked it but we've just signed a new goalie, that's plenty enough to talk about if you're actually interested in Rovers, although I guess you didn't even realised last season's goalies had all left the club. They had him last season when they made a massive bottle job of the playoffs... Next.. They sold Kelly for what? £15m and Kodjia for something similar. £10m for DaSilva and Kalas is an absolute bargain in my opinion, and I'd be astonished if they didn't recoup their money with the future sales of these players. DaSilva will give them a large profit in the future, Kalas is debatable but someone like Burnley may become very interested whether they go up or not. DaSilva could easily go for 5x what they've bought him for as early as next summer and Kalas could go for double. Just my opinion. Mods, please move this thread. Totally irrelevant to us and our season. Well I think it's substantial, it's a 2 club city & we seem to both do well or both do poorly, here's to hoping for a good season. UTG If I was a sh*thead I might find it substantial too. Now sod off back to one turd. Christ, no wonder this forum has died off in the past 2 years, I had a break from gaschat since before DC was sacked but it's still just a handful of toxic posters trying to dictate every conversation you can have on here. I feel sorry for posters like Pirate who can actually have a reasonably educated conversation about football without resulting to petty insults or just being completely divisive. |
