A planned chat with the media is something totally different I would say. In the last week on this thread we have had 4 newbies come on here claiming inside knowledge with no previous history of talking about rovers before. We now have someone on here claiming to have first hand info from our owner who isn’t even in the country. If there was an imminent deal to be done I would expect him to be in the country with his lawyers “getting it done” to quote our famous PM. So I would say that any info we get on here about right now is probably wide of the mark. It’s also interesting that Knowall, UTG12, GI have also been astonishingly quiet over the past few weeks. Either their NDAs have kicked in or there really is nothing to say. £58m That's twice you've posted that now. Go on then tell us what you want us to think you know.

I have just read back the last 4 pages and nowhere does BIWISIT hint it was Wael or even a club employee that his info came from. He simply says “this chap is normally spot on”. Does he not say at the start of his paragraph that he got had a go at on here for betraying Wael’s trust? I am sure that is where the confusion over who told him has come from.

So it's either come from Wael or it's come from no one is what he's saying I believe.

So I do this aware some of you many not like me doing so! “ I can completely see why someone would think that it’s being implied wael told them.

You wouldn’t use the term “this guy is usually spot on” if it had come from Wael would you?

You wouldn’t use the term “this guy is usually spot on” if it had come from Wael would you? Why would you say the first bit without clarifying it’s not from him? It’s not all that relevant really but I can see why someone would be confused by it.

A free weekend with no football! I’m taking my boys deep sea fishing, nice weather! 😂 Does weather matter when you're deep sea diving?

Does weather matter when you're deep sea diving? If the weather is bad I can see how deep sea fishing could quickly become deep sea diving! A friend of mine once chartered a boat to go fishing in the Bristol channel.... Found the spot they wanted to fish and threw the anchor over the side.... Problem was that the rope was too short and the boat went down with the anchor, they had to be saved by the good folk of the RNLI.... true story that....

Amazing is t it how you can just rent a boat without having to show any proof of sea worthiness or experience. Bladdy dangerous out there.

Whilst I do think it is close, we keep hearing 2-4 weeks every 2-4 weeks! Thank God I'm an Atheist - don't believe a word of it!! That is a great comment. Well done, did you mean it? Really made me smile! UTG!
