Wael didn't just "mention" the FM site. He said it was the favoured option amongst several others, and if it happened, we'd move in within 2 years. That was six (?) months ago, so those diggers are going to be very busy when they arrive on site.
I'm not anti-owner, because I fear the alternative could be worse, but some of the nonsense and bluff Wael comes out with stretch his credibility to the limit.

Perhaps the builders attempting to get a hospital in China built in a week have been hired to construct the stadium!

Update.... page 312 and still nothing new from page 1. As you all were I’m going to make the bold prediction that, according to the Bristol post, this mystical offer to total produce will still be on the table by page 412.

That's what Wael said. It's obvious it wouldn't be built within two years. When people contacted him, he said he meant ready to start within 2 year's. That's still pushing it though. He said he didn't know, but Twentyman pushed for a time scale. No wonder he does not like doing interviews.

GT: So you are confident that in two years time we could be watching football at a new stadium at the fruit market? WAQ: We will try our best in order for that to happen. It is very difficult to predict in the future. We have been here before and something could go wrong but the intention is there and this is our aim.

The Bristol Post updates may be b*llshit but it's all we have at the moment. They have said they will report when/if the deal falls through. When do season tickets for next season go on sale? I'm expecting a comment from the club just before that.

But it won't be 'news'. It'll just be more BS.
