Bloody hell lads , I was just asking if you think when he said there *might* be an announcement in the next few weeks if you genuinely thought there might be . After all, we’ve often been led to believe things are imminent in the past then heard nothing again for months . Will we be waiting and asking for another update in 4 months time ? This is not a Veruca Salt petulant rant 😂 Not sure how you expect anyone to answer that question given the that ITK'ers are no longer ITK! It does seem a massive development at the FM if the rumours are correct so you can see it taking time to sort out.

What happened to all of the people who know people who work at the fruit Market who said it was a done deal and would be announced any day?

What happened to all of the people who know people who work at the fruit Market who said it was a done deal and would be announced any day? Hopefully it's still any day.

Fan forum on Friday afternoon with Wael, Starnes and the 2 new directors. Wonder how many questions week be sent in regarding the fruit market??? And how many will get answered......🤔?? Probably get the same answer as always. Although Starnes did say they hope to give us a positive update on a few weeks and it has been a few weeks since then. Could that be, why they are holding the forum now?? As they could easily hold it, once they have new news instead. Especially as they know that will be the main question.

Fan forum on Friday afternoon with Wael, Starnes and the 2 new directors. Wonder how many questions week be sent in regarding the fruit market??? I doubt you can "send" a question into a virtual forum just get the chance to ask it during the Zoom meeting? It'll be interesting to see how many fans get an invite and who is selected to ask questions. I doubt GI and Knowall will be on the attendees list!

You have to email if you want to ask a question, so I assume you would put your question in the email. Otherwise everyone might have the same question. Could be wrong, but I will include my questions if I email about it.

The Chair or Presenter of meeting will read the question and present it to the panel to answer. They go through each question like that? Bit like Question Time but questioner is Presenter usually. Wonder if the responses are then thrown open to the rest of the forum to respond, agree, further question? I doubt it as this could take ages? So a silent fans forum from the fans point of view? i think the event itself is a great idea and shows that the club ownership are interested in doing things OPENLY and putting themselves forward for questioning by the fan base for any decisions they have made and the path that they are taking? I doubt many businesses do that unless they hold an AGM and doubt if many privately owned businesses and sports clubs engage in this manner? I hope it becomes a regular event if it is done iand carried out n the correct spirit by the club AND its supporters. PS Season ticket holders be invited? PPS This is the kind of thing that the BRSC should be doing and moving ahead with the times, i.e. hold meetings like AGMs etc. using a mix of traditional physical attendance and modern technology virtual presence that then allows maximum attendance and involvement from its members and exposure to them. Should I have to travel 250 miles on a cold weekday winter evening in October during the evening rush hour in order to attend an AGM?

How do you know the format, all I've read is that it's a Zoom meeting where you need to be invited? It could just be 10 or 20 hand picked fans all allowed to ask a question, there's been no suggestions so far fans invited need to present their questions to the panel ahead of the forum? Not sure there's a need to bring the SC into this given it's the first time even the club have tried it, I'm not even sure it's even legal to do an AGM via Zoom.

It says: To register your interest in asking a question at Friday's event, which will be conducted on Zoom, please email media@bristolrovers.co.uk. I feel like it would be pretty mad just to get a list of prospective questioners without questions. Istm more likely that they want you to email them your question.

All it says is register your interest nothing about submitting Q's the impression I get is that it will be a forum to ask Q's not just Zoom in and listen to them being answered. Let's see if any forum users get an invite!

I am just guessing from limited previous experience of similar hence the ? at the end of most sentences. With regards to the SC, this was a suggestion to them for their "own" meetings. The AGM would be a physical attendance meet supplemented with a virtual attendance via technology for those not able or wishing to attend physically. This can be considered legal; a lot of public companies do this as the physical attendance provides the legality. If not, change the constitution to allow virtual presence? PS If I propose a question, do I get an automatic invite? LoL UTG
