The Consortium wanting to buy the club and this land have been negotiating for months. This was the news that Knowall and several others knew about for ages. |

He only said it to cover up the fact that Jaakola was about to punch some striker which would retroactively lower the amount he'd spent on the playing squad. |

Must see this as being positive and something to support. But, I have looked on the google map to understand the location and size of the proposed land. The old fruit market appears to be on the Albert Road or adjacent to it. There appears to be a lot of regeneration required and much movement of businesses involved. I would estimate it will take over 2 years to clear the site which ok if it's confirmed. I am looking for any outline plan of the site to see its area. Can anyone help.

As you can imagine it’s a tedious process that involves a whole lot of different parties to agree on a variety of things (think traffic control, pollution, nearby residents etc). UTG! Wael |
