I wouldn't be too concerned about the transport situation to the Fruit Market site, as it will probably a near decade until the stadium is built!

Wasn’t MK dons stadium one of the first things built on that site and the other stuff around it followed afterwards? Think it would make sense if a stadium was one of the first projects built on that land . I’m guessing 4-6 yrs .

Why not aim for something that size?? But yes everything else was built afterwards. Which makes complete sense to me. Stadium by far biggest and probably most complex structure.

When Rovers moved to Twerton the club(SC?) organised coaches from certain parts of the city.
Likewise there used to be organised rugby coaches (not sure if there is now) from the Welly to Ashton Gate.
I'm sure that if there is demand and no public transport available, then the FC/SC will arrange it.
I suppose there is potential for more Bath based football fans to become Gasheads. From Bath to the FM would not take too much time with the close rail connection.
Would probably be worth the club looking at some incentive for all the station stops within a 20 mile radius to try and attract new fans. Probably a hell of a lot quicker from say Clifton to the FM by train and walking than by car and bus at present.

NOT DIRECTLY OF RELEVANCE TO BRFC SUPPORTERS.
HOWEVER, it highlights the positive nature of the existing CONYGAR operations.
Always a good idea to link with companies that have a history of successful delivery.

THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC
Planning approved for bioscience development
at The Island Quarter, Nottingham
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar") is pleased to announce that Nottingham City Council has approved its detailed application for the next phase of The Island Quarter development in Nottingham. The application comprises a 23,123 sq.m. (249,000 sq.ft.) bioscience building, which includes both laboratory and office space. The permission is subject to the documenting of the section 106 agreement.
Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar, commented:
"We are delighted that the next phase of development has been approved. Nottingham is already home to a large number of exciting businesses in the bioscience space and this scheme will be an excellent addition to the mixed-use development we are creating at The Island Quarter".

It seems to have gone quiet since wael spoke a month or so ago concerning the f m ? Which is hardly surprising when Congyer announced they had 12 months to obtain planning permission at the FM?

It seems to have gone quiet since wael spoke a month or so ago concerning the f m ? What is there to say ? Conygar have just confirmed that they have paid for the option of buying the land and it lasts a year. There is literally nothing else to say, not unless the land is bought and a stadium is then a part of those plans.

A BRIEF RELEVANT SECTION FROM THE CIC INTERIM.
31 May 2023 The Conygar Investment Company PLC
Interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2023
We also announced, on 6 April 2023, that Conygar Bristol Limited, a joint venture owned 80 per cent by the Company and 20 per cent by Urban and City Limited, had acquired, for £450,000, an option to purchase 14.7 acres of land, strategically located, to the east of Bristol Temple Meads railway station.
Completion of the purchase, which remains subject to Conygar's discretion, is dependent upon both a vacant possession condition being satisfied and a suitable planning permission being granted for a number of possible development options. The conditional contract expires on 31 March 2024 in the event that a planning application for the development of the site has not been submitted by that date.
