They are clearly very private but the Best Western Hotel is merely an example to show that they are genuine.Kuwait Owners Hotel Association (KOHA) website states his Company has built residential developments, investment projects, real estate and tourist resorts so they have lots going on and remember this is over an established 30yr period where they have grown the Company. Alongside that he runs multiple restuarant franchises across the whole of the Middle East and had links to the Banking industry. He's not Lansdown but he seems a pretty successful businessman, albeit a very private one.

I've just located Al Elmam international real estates co website ,only has 3 buildings in it's gallery (including BW hotel you bought up),says they have been operating since 95 .

Al-Saeed also operates the Middle East Foodco company and wons the franchise rights. So presumably his company builds them and then retains ownership of the franchise, similar to how he still owns the Best Western Hotel in Kuwait. Foodco own atleast 3 restuarant chains in the middle east, one of which is Buffalo's and that has atleast 8 restuarants in Kuwait that he presumably built and still retains the franchise rights for. So whilst it's hard to find out absolutely everything about him what's clear is he has many business operations. The old 2012 website lists 30 building projects that had been completed at that point, so given that is over a decade ago you'd imagine he continued to grow his interests - as per the KOHA website which is up to date, it lists his real estate projects as being in a whole host of areas - residential, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, tourist resorts etc. Fair to say he's a successful businessman, albeit not plastered all over a nice shiny website for us.

Very disappointing to read this stuff this morning. It was keeping me amused over the last days reading how we’d been taken over by a crook, a fraudster, a confidence trickster or whatever else the conspiracy theorists were coming up with. I’ll have to get down to Waterstones and buy myself some David Icke books to get my fix now.

So who's buying all these flash cars that the like of Bentley & Aston Martin are producing? i think that he may have a Bentley as one followed me in from the motorway to the last home game. The gentleman driving looked younger but certainly seemed to have middle east origin. |

What you say simmo is very feesible ,problem is we're filling in the blanks ,and with track records of owners ,particularly foreign and particularly in the lower leagues ,
