Wait - I stopped reading this thread 30 pages ago. What’s all this about now? Wael having to leave the country? Things turning poisonous? Someone fill me in Nick Higgs (Played by a CGI version of James Gandolfini) is trying to buy the club and the Fruit Market and if it goes tits up he's going to throw Wael (Played by Steve Buscemi) into the Feeder.

So it turns out that the reason we relay the pitch every summer is that we were syphoning the kinetic energy from Sinclair over the last few years, as a result Sincs, DC and Marcus have now saved enough money on energy bills to buy the club. Did you really think it was coincidence that James Clarke scored for Walsall on Saturday, the same day that the fruit market info was announced? It's obviously all linked. I watched the whole of the last season of Ancient Aliens last night because I'm pretty certain we're going to get a mention on there soon. So can you answer the biggest mystery of them all ? How did Tutankhamun get a Iron Dagger in his tomb when iron had not been invented at the time of his death.... Got to be Aliens !

I like where you are at. I'm fairly close, but I'm just stuck with sticking by our current owners because they seem to be the people who have lied to me the least.Forum ITKers? Unreliable to say the least. The SC director? Still says nothing. BEP? Has anyone believed anything written in there in the last 5 years? It's a ridiculous situation where literally no one has any credibility left. Sad times. Eh??? You must surround yourself with compulsive liars Sir! Compared to the ITK nonsense and the BEP? I'll take my chances.

So a consortium wants to build a stadium, at a place that May or may not be for sale or approved and the mem does not need to be sold to finance this ~ would it not be easier to revisit the UWE site ?

Think they did last year, but UWE wouldn’t play if DS were still involved - apparently. It’s all like some tv soap, but less believable.

I know he’s gone but Danny De Vito would have been nailed on for a role as Holtby. You and your dodgy wording....I thought Danny De Vito had just died!

Really heart breaking to read these posts, my personal belief, not being ITK on anything, is that no one knows all of what's going on, there is maybe bits of truth in some of them but that's about all..
If, as many people belief, Wael has fallen out with his family over BRFC then maybe, just maybe the family business, banking, has put together a scheme to sell the club against Wael''s wishes. If that was the case then it makes more sense to me that Wael's radio announcement was an attempt to scupper any such deal.
I maybe completely wrong but to me it makes as much sense as announcing out if the blue what he said.
In 6 decades of supporting the Gas I have never been more worried about its survival

Is Wael going to buy the club from the family without them knowing he's behind the consortium ? Just like the Barnes and Ewings this.

I believe they are building a science park on the land Yes, they are offering degrees in a football club’s inability to get a new ground built in the last 30 years. It combines history, economics, physics and sociology.

I'm assuming the stadium is the centre piece for the developments which are eventually going to be built around the Fruit Market, although not sure why a third party seems so keen to build us a new stadium at what must be a total cost £50m+(?), what's in for them personally?
