How stupid is this.

My father who doesn't use email so didn't set one up for his season ticket and doesn't go online cant order a voucher. He likes a Pasty mind! He cant use mine as mine is already associated with my season ticket. What happens for future promotions using this format. I've just spoke to the shop and they have no answer to the problem yet.
I thought you couldn't get a ST without an email address? I had to use a second email address for my 10yr old when I bought his ST?? I have an email address held at the club as I receive the weekly update from them. However, I do not have a ticket account with them. Mrs Scoobydoo and Scrappydoo have neither an email address lodged with the club nor a ticket account. With our season tickets I bought the initial ones at the club and have renewed each year by going to the club shop. Both Mrs Scoobydoo and Scrappydoo haven't renewed their season tickets this year and I don't really want a pasty. They just make you fat and give you bad breath - the pasties that is.

I can't get it to work, just get an error on the website, I've emailed the club in the hope they can send us vouchers electronically for our season tickets.

It alwaes amazes me how th modern world goes 'Paperless' by selling things online . . . .
. . . that you have ta print a voucher to collect. Just give people a QR code to scan it’s 2019. No need to print stuff it’s bad for the environment.

I work in technology, and I’m definitely tech savvy and ahead of the curve with digital things but that was hard work sorting that out. How is someone who struggles with technology going to achieve that?

Seemed pretty easy to me .... Read instructions carefully follow steps, print ticket.

Seemed pretty easy to me .... Read instructions carefully follow steps, print ticket. Should be easy enough to not have to follow instructions. Should be bordering on obvious. But in this case perhaps ease of use is not desirable (cost to club). Problem with that is it is it’ll disadvantage those who get on with technology less well which isn’t really on. By all means reach out to the younger generation with improved technology but don’t sh** on your lifetime supporters who might not get on well with this sort of thing. I don’t get criticism of having to go to a ticket office to buy a ticket but I do get criticism of this sort of thing

I think freebies should be given to th first 1,000 entering th stadium whether ST holders or pay-on-day. That way those folk are in th stadium longer are more likey ta purchase drinks etc due ta th time they are inside, plus you ease congestion - Win-Win.

Another issue I take with this is I haven’t had an email. What if I don’t follow our social media channels? I haven't had an email either, I usually get an email with a weekly update on Friday afternoon, which will be conveniently just after the offer closes at 2pm!

I’ve not managed to get a voucher, I click on buy tickets & it states there are no promotions available. I had the same problem renewing my ST so rang up & renewed over the phone. I think they must have many others unable to access, as no one returned my call or email. Being a fat baaaaaastard I don’t really need a ( free ) pasty, infact I rarely eat them, but because I can’t get the voucher, I really want one now. I want that pasty, that’s all !!
I’m thinking WTF have I contacted the club, to let them know that I can’t access the pasty voucher. I seriously think I have a problem & and what make it worse is that I am sharing this with you lot. There are kids going hungry during the school holiday, perhaps the club could have donated a couple of thousand pasties to some food-banks?

Seeing as the season tickets (cards) have a RFID in it, it's the bit that scans at the turnstile, surely a card reader at the huts would be oh so simple. Scan the card light on reader goes green, because that card has not been given a pasty yet. Boom.

Anyone know if there’s a vegetarian option as don’t want to go though the hassle to print off a voucher if there aren’t any. Cheese and onion pasty, and I think that Piglets had a vegetarian curry pie available last season (haven't checked out the current menu yet!).

Just tried to log in and do it but there is nothing there. Not bothered about the pasty, but have emailed Clare as I would prefer if my dad (me) could get online and order a cup/away ticket should he want to

I couldn't find the voucher so I rang the club and they told me to email Clare at the club and give her my ST details and she would sort it out.
