You really are a pathetic and spiteful person with a clear vendetta towards our owner. It’s a shame you don’t have the balls to say it to his face. Or shall I say, make a coherent protestation towards him, unlike the attempt at the AGM. Wael has an experienced CEO in Martin Starnes. I’m sure he is very capable in handling the negotiations. What do you have against MS? Have you ever dealt with Wael in business? How do you know he would be a disaster? I doubt you have any evidence you could present where your personal dealings prove that to be the case. But we know evidence is not your strong suit. That has been witnessed. You also know little about players other than those at our club. JCH was very well regarded at Coventry, I watched him many times owing to the fact my father in law is a Coventry fan and he was often deployed as a an inside forward/winger or behind Conor Chaplin as a target man for him to win headers. Robins had major injuries on the left of midfield when he was there too, Jody Jones was a longtime absentee, Jordy Hiwula was considered too lightweight and Luke Thomas was tried there too but he’s an out and out box to box midfielder. I actually met JCHs agent last night, a nice fellow, clearly came to see his player and see where he was at. There was no suggestion from him he was engineering a move. But clearly a lot of goals in a certain amount of appearance earns you a rise and an extension. A player that is playing well and enjoying his football isn’t going to stop turning up. A player not getting on with the managers formation and sitting on the bench will upset him and cause that situation. As much as I can understand your frustration at a certain agency and their rep, when you have a couple of players influence other players to swap agents through another trusted pro then there isn’t much you can do. Players have the power these days and you can thank Marc Bosman for that. When we leave the EU in Nov, will it still apply ? Initially yes, all existing rules will roll over until either repealed by Parliament or more likely in this case being contract law, challenged in the Courts. Honestly can't see either happening.

When we leave the EU in Nov, will it still apply ? Now there's a good question. How does it apply to MLS, J-League, China Superleague? The only leagues I can think of where top pro's also play outside Europe? Bit of a stab in the dark and more of a question than a statement, but doesn't FIFA rules govern all ??

Find it fascinating the level of detail people go into discussing a current (and potential) contract they presumably know nothing about. Willing to be corrected. Unfortunately we are led into this speculative way of thinking because no one thinks we are worthy enough to be given any news so we try to double guess what’s going on or not

I will be pleasantly surprised if JCH signs a renegotiated contract to stay at the MEM. Unfortunately, BRFC have never managed to keep any of their better players in the past, why would that change now ? We are no different from any other club. Every player has its price whether you are Bristol Rovers or Man U. Just our price is ALDI or bargain bucket 😂

Or shall I say, make a coherent protestation towards him, unlike the attempt at the AGM. I DONT LIVE IN SUCH EXALTED CIRCLES AS YOU. BUT I WOULD SAY IT TO HIS FACE. WHY WOULDNT I? Wael has an experienced CEO in Martin Starnes. I’m sure he is very capable in handling the negotiations. What do you have against MS? Have you ever dealt with Wael in business? How do you know he would be a disaster? I doubt you have any evidence you could present where your personal dealings prove that to be the case. But we know evidence is not your strong suit. That has been witnessed. I DONT RECALL SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT STARNES. RE READ IT. IN FACT I WOULD PREFER IT IF STARNES WAS DOING THE NEGOTIATING. BUT IT WAS WAEL WHO DID DC CONTRACT NEGOTIATING. AND I WAS WRONG WHERE? I actually met JCHs agent last night, a nice fellow, clearly came to see his player and see where he was at. There was no suggestion from him he was engineering a move. But clearly a lot of goals in a certain amount of appearance earns you a rise and an extension. A player that is playing well and enjoying his football isn’t going to stop turning up. A player not getting on with the managers formation and sitting on the bench will upset him and cause that situation. WHATS HIS AGENT GOT TO DO WITH IT? AS FOR PLAYERS PLAYING WELL THEN NOT TURNING UP, I SEEM TO REMEMBER A CERTAIN CURETON AND ROBERTS WHO SUDDENLY DECIDED NOT TO TURN UP, AND COST US AN ALMOST CERTAIN PROMOTION. THOUGHT ID THROW THAT ONE IN. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I DIDNT SAY JCH WOULD NOT TURN UP. ID LIKE TO THINK HE IS MADE BETTER THAN THAT. IM SAYING THAT WE AS A CLUB CANNOT AFFORD ANOTHER KYLE BENNETT SITUATION. THERE IS NO NEED TO DO ANYTHING YET. IF THE PLAYER WANTS OUT, HE WILL GO NO MATTER WHAT WE GIVE. MY WORRY IS IF HE STOPS FIRING AND WE ARE AGAIN STUCK WITH A HIGH PAID PLAYER NOT PERFORMING. As much as I can understand your frustration at a certain agency and their rep, when you have a couple of players influence other players to swap agents through another trusted pro then there isn’t much you can do. Players have the power these days and you can thank Marc Bosman for that. AS FOR BEING SPITEFUL AND PATHETIC. I THINK YOU NEED TO TAKE A LONG HARD LOOK AT YOURSELF. A MODERATOR WITH YOUR PATHETIC AND SPITEFUL ATTITUDE IS NOT REALLY CONDUCIVE TO THE CORRECT WAY OF RUNNING A FORUM. NOT TO MENTION THAT WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD POST DETAILS OF PLAYERS SALARIES ON AN OPEN FORUM. WHO GAVE YOU THOSE DETAILS? IM SURE THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE WOULD BE INTERESTED.

Every player has its price whether you are Bristol Rovers or Man U. And you'd get what the correct value is whether it's 18 months left on the contact or 30 months.

But not if it’s 12 or lower, so let’s try and guarantee that we don’t get to 12 or lower, if not we can sell at 18 months

To reply to your caps lock jammed post. 1. I’m sure you have friends in box 1 that will get you up to the elevated section of eminent supporters. In fact I know you have. It’s smart casual, just for reference. 2. Proof please. It wasn’t though. 3. You implied JCH would be a failure if he signed a new deal and used Coventry as an example. I showed you you were incorrect in that assumption. 4. How do you know what Kyle Bennett is on...?? JCH is a natural born scorer and nothing wrong with protecting your assets. Something that Wael has been accused of not doing. If he wants to go, it ensures we sell to the highest bidder. Win win. 5. Grass me up to the rest of the mods then mate. I’m sure they will take appropriate action if I have done anything wrong. The report button is on the right hand side. You seem more annoyed your opportunity of an ego rub has disappeared more than posting anything constructive. 6. Grass me up to the football league then. I’m sure your best mate has all the printouts he needs from here....

Jesus Wept. For the record I am on 81s side. Should I ever be invited his box is closer to the bogs in the West Stand than box 1. Wouldn’t normally take sides but when I drink my bladder is weak.
