It will be great if we can get 1 or 3 points on Saturday. Our ability to get results since GC took over means it is possible. I'm hoping that Ipswich get one or two key players sent off tonight as that will help.

Ipswich seem to have put out a weakened team tonight, 2-0 down already (35 mins)

Yellows are competition specific, Reds mean an automatic ban for the next fixture(s) whatever it is (other than the tin pot). Edit - that's why Rollin was available for the tinpot trophy game, but not the league game v Southend after being sent off v Plymouth in the FA Cup game.

With 1 home win in 7 league & FA Cup games I wonder who long it will take before the home fans turn on Lambert if we can keep it 0-0 or better in the first half? Not sure we'll have a better chance to beat one of League 1's bigger clubs away from home.

You never know with us. Agree we don’t do well vs bigger teams but it no longer matters this season? Any team can beat any other team in this league.Appliesto is as well as them. I always bet 3-1 on Gas and Friday 13th is when I will put the bet on! It’s a nightmare drive but easier for me as going from London with some mates. I know quite a few coming from Bristol so would not be surprised if we get more than 1300 because: - 2 great away wins - 5th in League - Ipswich a la Bobby Robson - they have tractors here so we should be feel at home? - looks sunny this weekend - away atmosphere better than home?

It's a shame Ipswich have been on such a winless run at home as we always seem to bring these to an end.
The law of averages suggests a home win so I'd be more than happy with a draw! 2-2 I reckon.

When are the club going to get Tom Davies fixed? He’s been out nearly two months and they don’t seem to have a clue when he’ll be fit again. I really wouldn’t be surprised if he has a minor op soon meaning the last couple of months have been wasted.

Whatever the result v Ipswich, we should get a large crowd v Peterborough.
I thought the draw last season was one of the most exciting games and as they are very attack minded, I would have thought it will be a good game this time.
Although I think we are punching above our weight, a victory against one of the teams I would expect to be in the play offs could be huge.
And it is kid a quid as well. Despite being the Saturday before Christmas, it should be a good attendance. Hopefully near to 9000.
Time to bring a friend, or some of your kids friends etc.

GC seems to have taken a leaf out of DC's book and now giving v. little info away re injuries.
