Worked miracles on a shoestring budget at Torquay and has knowledge of the league and more contacts than you could throw darts at. More importantly would be the final link to forging the closer ties with the red side that Widdrington wants. And tommy is on the selection panel

And yes I expect to be slaughtered but just looking for a candidate who ticks the boxes
