br]If we can get a million for him and spend half of that on two strikers on their way up banging in goals in league 2 or the conference that haven’t got injury problems then we might well be better off. If the money goes in paying bills then on the pitch we’ll be worse off and our new manager probably won’t be happy either.

EFL Hub is not the most reliable of sources to be honest. Mostly just guesswork!

With regard to his price, I fail to see how he will attract the millions some people on here seem to think. His scoring record is fantastic, but his fitness record is atrocious. I'm pretty sure GC said recently that he's never had JCH fully fit. Off the top of my head, he's been out 3 times already this season, and missed some of last season too. Preston sound like a good bet they took the last cripple off our hands Bodin had a serious injury before he played for us and another after he went to preston. He is in their squad every week near the top of the championship right now. He was a fantastic player for us so i find your post strange and what is even weirder is another poster likes it!

He’ll still be here at the end of the transfer window If JCH is still at Rovers in February I shall buy you as many pints of Courage Best as you can drink at The Prince Of Orange pub in Yatton.

He’ll still be here at the end of the transfer window Would love that to be the case, unfortunately I'm now resigned to seeing him go. I'm convinced atleast 2 Championship clubs are serious about placing a bid for him. Anything over 1mil is good business imo.

Yeah 36 games in his first season 38 in his second season and was a fantastic player for us scoring many goals and was a joy to watch. 14 appearances this season for Preston.

And business is business. I will say thank you very much for what you have done and wish him all the best for the future The only way we can judge the worth of it all is how we look at the end of the month with whatever comings and goings may/ may not have happened.

We've got at least 3 league games and, hopefully, one FA Cup game before he goes, if he can help us to win 3 out of 4 of those we could be in for a very good end to the season even if he does move on.

Looks like a Bidding War looming. Middlesbrough, Hull, Derby County and maybe, just maybe Bristol City. Lee Johnson did sign him once upon a time - iMO a £2.5m (perhaps a tad more) transfer looming very soon. For once I feel the club are holding ‘the aces’. The best of luck to the guy wherever he ends up.

Any club apart from the Trashton Hate, I realise the fella wants offski, so let him go, just hope BG has a player lined up to replace JCH; says he has watched all of our games this season, so will realise we need someone in the mode of the great Andy Rambo to fire the Gas to promotion.
