Swap the fish fingers for melted cheese and you've got a childhood favourite. I used to cut out the middle of the second slice of toast (In reality a third 'cos I was greedy) and stack it. The crust would act as a barrier and stop the sauce from spreading over the plate. So cheesey beans on toast. With a hole in it. |
