Mad3 too much rice ffs, so have made two dishes, this one is called……….well, rice, chicken, garlic, sweet corn n peas 😂  Jock mate.... Everyone cooks too much rice, its practically impossible to cook the right amount..... 👍cool thanks for th confidence builder Gregsy, I also made a egg version but if I take a pic it would look exactly th same 😂 |

Well I’ve been left alone (again) I’ve bin thru th cupboards an this is it for Sunday dinner, but I shall create a masterpiece an do it my way 😃  Was the book to make sure you did the cooking your way Jock?
Kudos for the Alan Alda pic yesterday - M*A*S*H one of the all-time great shows.

Microwave for 3 mins on high, then 12 mins on 300 (22 mins if doing brown rice, when you’re on the F Plan). Never fails. Add 2fl oz water for every extra 1oz of rice. If you want it in metric just look it up on Google FFS. You can thank me later. |
