A bit of info passed on to me by people I've worked with from Thailand and Vietnam is the reason westerners can't use chop sticks is because we don't cook noodles and rice the correct way rendering it impossible to use them.... |

Maultashen broth tonight.... Wunderbar.... What the f**k is that? I was expecting this answer..... Its a German ravioli type dish, served in fine broth rather than sauce.... You can't get it easily in the UK so I make my own using mince beef, onion, lasagne sheets, herbs and seasoning.... |

Have it home cooked by someone who knows what they're doing and its a different story.... |
