To be fair until BG makes a decision about his future (next week?) their hands are tied, although appointing a manager with no managerial experience was always a gamble. Despite the crap, I have to say it’s nice to see OC back, we’ve looked much better since he came on Yes I think we miss him. A lot more bite in the midfield with him in there. Also Ginnelly looks decent. Although he and the other new players won’t help much in a 5-3-2 formation. Time for a change of formation. I know people fear how many more we might concede with less defenders on the pitch but we just don’t look like scoring so why not try and go with a more attacking formation. Maybe some sort of 4-3-3 now that we have a couple of wingers who can support JCH? |

It's all well and good and the 'morale' thing to do to say BG can have as much time as he needs but in reality something has to be done. We're a Dam shambles it's embarrassing.

We are 10 to 14 points from safety depending on how you see a 44 game season panning out. We are far from safe. If we can't win 2 or so games out of 20 then we deserve to go down!! I agree with all the comments thus far. If this continues w 0 d 2 l 7 in next 3 stages we will go down . My point is the board are hiding behind the fact we were in a promotion position a month ago and are taking us for granted !. |

Our ability hasn’t really changed, with exception of GK, so you have to conclude its motivation / confidence. I wouldn’t underestimate the impact of losing our super keeper on confidence of defence but must be more than that as we are sh**e going forward now as well |

I said in the Cov replay thread that we are now conceding 2 or 3 a game now and so I couldn't see us getting another point this season. The first half today was encouraging, but we can't do it for 90 minutes. Come on Wael - act now before it's too late - get someone in to take charge, we can't go on with BG not available |
