I honestly can't see a way back for Garner. This form is unrectifiable it seems. Im all for giving him time but it is what, 12 games? ...in now and we have been shocking.He took us from where Wycombe are today to where we are now which is awful and the worst team now in league one!!!! Im not one for calling for his head etc as any manager needs time.But we should be safe this season,but this bad form or lack of moving forward will be taken forward into next season and that will 100% see us go down. If we can't win 4/5 games between now and the end of the season,as well as seeing a HUGE IMPORMANT in performaces and this new 'style' of football being shown then if I was the board then I will review him as manager during the summer. |

Hardly surprising that the second placed team are better than us, Ainsworth knows his team well, our manager doesn't seem to, I didn't expect anything better than a draw.

Good ldea bye bye Forever .. It certainly becomes more and more difficult to justify his tenure with each passing game, even for those like myself who were prepared to give him plenty of time. Can this really go on much longer? Trouble is I really don’t know what the next step would be though. |

Coughlan was clearly a great defensive coach, having been a defender and defence coach for the majority of his career. Have we replaced him with a defence coach since he upped sticks? How can they have forgotten how to defend in such a short space of time - Bird brains! If Garner was out playing I would complain more about him, the team can't be so thick that they've instantly forgotten how to play, there's something going on with a few of them and they need to pull themselves together. |

So, in a few weeks time when BG’s been sacked, it’s still us who end up with the heartbreak and carrying the emotional burden - he will just go on to get another coaching job somewhere, the AQ’s will go on being secretive and detached, but we are the ones who will have to keep the club alive - 48 years of supporting Rovers I’m so tired of this sh**, it’s relentless . . .

As others have pointed out Craig can't organise the defence in a back 4 - he has to be one of a central 3. If Davies isn't fit, then Rollin has to play on Tuesday Why persist with Craig? He’s had just one decent 1/4 season in what will be 2.5 seasons. We slated Nichols for the same type of performances at the other end of the pitch and yet we look to this guy as a leader of our future defence. I just don’t get it. |

It's our defence that's letting us down, the rest are playing well ..but our defence was our strength! He has to revert to a back 3/5 for Tuesday - or even for the second half today. He also has to admit he is struggling to the board, and bring in some help - defensive coach, and/or a mentor DoF type |

I understand that they are the ones going out each week and playing like tits in trances but what are their instructions? They can’t have turned into bad players overnight. I think we were a below average league 1 squad under Coughlan but he got them believing and playing to their strengths in a formation that got the best out of them. We look like we did pre GC again. |

Give him time for what? To undo all of the damage he has done? I can’t see how he will rectify the mess that he has created. This was a winning, well-organised, hard to beat side with promotion in its sights. Now we are a losing, poorly-organised, weak as pis s side with relegation in its sights. |

Not watching so appreciated if someone could give me a reasoned report of first half rather than the predictable we're sh**, Garner out, Craig can't defend. Reading through it sounds as if we've actually played ok but have given away poor goals ? Yeah, but in fairness Craig cant defend. |

I don't agree, Craig has been a big part of our defence - coaching and guiding the youngsters he has played with, but in a back 5. |

Can the fans, let alone the board really let Garner go on like this until next season? We’re looking worse as each game goes! I’m not there but there’s plenty on here saying we’ve pkayed very well apart from the three goals ? That suggests that we are improving at least on the ball of not off it ? Interesting point about defensive coach , we haven’t only lost our brilliant manager we’ve also lost our defensive coach ! |
