Wael isn’t responsible for our current form though is he? In fact it appears he backed Garner in January so I hardly think the blame for this lies at his door.

If we beat both Tranmere and Southend (and it's a big if) then we will be safe I would imagine What evidence is there to even suggest we’ll get a draw against either of those? The fact Tranmere has been on worse form than us since Garner took over?

Good ldea bye bye Forever .. It certainly becomes more and more difficult to justify his tenure with each passing game, even for those like myself who were prepared to give him plenty of time. Can this really go on much longer? Trouble is I really don’t know what the next step would be though. We are in freefall. Lose Tuesday, then we would need to bring in an experienced manager to help arrest the decline until end of the season. We can't let this continue, offer Garner the opportunity to either stay on as a coach until the summer, or extended leave if the family thing is ongoing.

We've picked up 0.36 points per game under BG. That would see us finish on 42 points if we carry on, do you think that's enough to stay up? Since BG came in we've managed 3 points in 8 games, and let's for argument's sake say we don't pull off an Istanbul (i.e. 3 points in 9 games). Then that means we've managed 0.33 points per game under Garner, that would see us finish on 43 points, which seems not enough but in context, if you apply the same logic to other teams, to predict the points total of other teams: Bolton: 24 points Southend: 36 points Tranmere: 25 points Shrewsbury: 43 points As there are only 3 relegation places, my answer is, yes, using your logic, it is enough to stay up. So actually, we should then give him a 10 year contract! Seem's like you're happy with what Ben has done to our season. Each to their own, I guess.

Your relegation candidates if you cant win a game!!!! And if we go into next season lile we are now then we are f**ked. Its mot about BG its about results. We are very, very lucky of the Bolton/Bury situation and that Southend and Tranmere are shocking.Talking about WIDENING the gap on Tranmere is cringeworthy and means nothing. They are sh**,but we have more points then then so it means all is ok. We will be safe due to GC and nothing about what BG has done.Alot has to change before the crowd will turn on BG and this group asap. Living with blind faith and hope will not end up well. Isn’t blind hope and faith the only thing we’ve got , only thing we’ve ever had ? Of course it is.As is it with any football fan/any sports fan, thats all you have. Our cheering means nothing if the group of players wearing your teams colours are useless or dont care and dont want to play. It always bugs me whenever any club (ours as well ) fans call them themselfs the best and how they should have better. You choose to pay to support a club whichever one that maybe - As fans we are owed nothing! Its just a hobbie that we choose to enjoy and dont have to be rewarded for any of it.

Don't win at Tranmere and he has to go, no question. He won’t though. Our board are so arrogant it’s unbelievable. Dickhead. Doesn't make sense to sack someone so soon

No ones saying 10 year contract. But we can let it run to the end of the season, likely .

Congratulations to Ben Garner, that was the first game under his regin we didn't deserve to lose.
Clear improvement and it only took 12 games!

People acting like we're relegation candidates, our form has been diabolical since BG came in, at the beginning of his first game we were 18 points clear off the relegation places and now we're still 16 points clear. There is 0 chance in my mind that we will get relegated, in fact, we've actually WIDENED the gap with Tranmere by 1 point since BG came in, we were closer in terms of number of points to Tranmere when BG came in then we are now. Look, it's clear the results have been dire, but the performances in the last few matches have been pretty decent. Should have won against Bolton, a great spell against Coventry until their goal, and today we have been the better team easily. Sooner or later these chances will go in, that's how football works. No, you're relegation candidates if you're in contention for relegation. And as I've shown, we're not. With these performances in the last 3 games, it's clear Garner is implementing his style as we have played significantly better and everyone whose watched us will know that. The results will come, because you're much more likely to score if you have 6 clear cut chances a game than if you have one. The point with Tranmere is to recognise that we're still far away from them and so they're definitely not relegation rivals.
