Another great performance in the middle of a back 3 tonight. Looks totally lost in Garners 4-3-3 this season but unbreakable in his preferred role tonight. He’s still got a lot to give and I hope he stays next season even if it’s not a playing role I think someone said he’s doing his coaching badges , would probably make a good defensive coach in the future. Ole ole ole Tony Tony.

He played very well tonight.but then I’ve never not seen him play well. One of the most consistent players over two years now. UTG!

He’s had a few nightmares in a back four at times this season but so have they all. But he’s equally as good in a back 5 as he has been dodgey in a four and thats probably down to his age and his legs not being what they were. But up here he’s still got it and knows every trick in the book. Class act is our Tone. The perfect mentor for Alfie rollin and the new lad . Davies too, hopefully he’ll recover well. UTG.

Fantastic achievement. A no-nonsense old fashioned centre back who is the last of a dieing breed. Congratulations TC. UTG.

Top man - some people will only realise how good he is when he's gone.

Imagine if Tony Craig & Mark McCrystal ever played in the same side.
We should erect a brick wall outside the Mem in their honour!

Congratulations Millwall Tone a true professional who’d probably play the game he loves for nothing.🍻

Yes, can’t disagree. I’ve only seen three games since Christmas, Coventry Cup, Blackpool and last night and he was pretty good in all those esp last night. UTG!

I’d love him to be our defensive coach and revert to a part-time player next season to aid the development of our young CB’s. However, I suspect he’ll be heading back to the London area to be with his family in the summer. Whatever he chooses to do we should be grateful for his efforts since joining as it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster but he’s been a top pro throughout and given everything to the cause.

I'd be down with Craig becoming a defensive coach for us. I highly doubt he has another season on him, especially at L1 level, and his experience, leadership and game-reading abilities would serve him well in a staff capacity. We have good history with ex-players as staff, he'd be welcome here in any capacity tbh.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still playing this level for another couple of seasons, he looks after himself, model pro.

Has Tony Craig been an ever present since he joined us? It certainly seems so and what a fine Player he has proven to be, guiding the young defenders who have come into the Team with such expertise. Whatever Tony decides to do at the end of this season his influence will be felt for some time to come. Well done Tony Craig on reaching 600 appearances.
