Well, I was talking about the anti Wael brigade, not the middle ground. But there does seem a reaction from some on here that if you defend WAQ on anything you are a “member of his fan club”, “happy clapper” etc but those that don’t give him credit for everything are an “anti Wael brigade”. Perhaps its a sign of the times that people use such phrases rather than have a reasoned discussion. Never mind eh. Spot on . I’m in the middle ground. I honestly believe wael had and perhaps still has big ideas for our club and is probably as frustrated as we are that it hasn’t happened, although in a slightly different way of course, in that he’s not Rovers through and through like supporters are but he has obviously taken a strong liking to our club at least and put a lot of time , effort and money in to it.

I am and I think a lot of fans are. They can see that Wael is a genuinely nice guy who has developed a passion for the gas but at the same time are impatient and frustrated that not enough has been done to progress the club in a significant way. I don’t think those two emotions are mutually exclusive of each other.

I don’t think those two emotions are mutually exclusive of each other. I am somewhere in the middle too. I like Wael I really do, and I want him to make a success of it with us. My concerns lie in the way the communication over the UWE collapse and the training ground have been handled. It does seem that it was all fan-fare and selfies and mixing with the fans at every opportunity at the beginning when there was a positive feeling. Then when there were some bumps along the road, he pared back the communication to such an extent that it appears to some that he is in hiding. I don't think this makes him a bad guy, but it does seem to give an air of weakness and actually incompetent leadership. That's what disappoints me the most, but that doesn't mean I want him out. I just want him to improve.

Stuck in the middle with you. Jokers to the left of me, clowns 🤡 to the right. I’m in the middle too, Wael just have to wait and see (as usual) what happens.

Might as well sit on the fence and listen to the questionable ITK stuff from both sides....
Just sandpaper any bits off of the wood that might give splinters and take some cheese and onion sandwiches....
