It’s no wonder the club is in such a mess when we have so much disrespect between supporters is it? Um - not really no. Not really linked at all in all honesty. The board's job is to continue to provide the day-to-day finance to enable BRFC to remain solvent - currently factually accurate. The supporters job is to support the team and club ideally through the purchasing of tickets/merchandising - currently factually accurate (well baring COVID-19 lockdown) The SCs job is to speak for their members and to ensure that their members views are canvassed and fed back to the board appropriately. I'll leave you to work out which one is incorrect. The board have accumulated so much debt that insolvency on our current trajectory is a certainty. The SC and the PC can see this and try to do something whilst we have people like you cheering from the sidelines as WAQi sets course for oblivion. You have more in common with Sh1!heads yet call yourself a Rovers fan! Who needs enemies when we have fans like you.

That is a good point Hugo and I’m not going to defend them for that. They’ve clearly been concerned since Jan 2019 at least and should have been far quicker and stronger to react. I do worry too about the quality of the people at the top and it would be good if the leadership was more dynamic and probably younger but I don’t doubt their motives as being driven by anything more than being very concerned about the welfare of the FC and they are in a much better place to know what’s really going on than us ordinary fans.

Hi, let's calm it down please.
I know I've been a dick on here, but I feel like it's easier, looking on, to see the unedifying. So that's my suggestion.
Everyone feel free to call me a hypocrit, thanks.

As long as WAQ continues to put his families money in to the club we survive. As it stands, the moment that ends, so does this football club. P.S. If you want to get out from behind that keyboard and say that to my face, you're welcome to drop me a PM and arrange a meet up. Thick, violent and a shithead then.

Chris Brown on facebook that Wael has been reported to the EFL by the SC and the PC to be investigated under the fit and proper persons rules..... I have had this confirmed as being true as well. 1. What is the point? 2. What is it going to achieve? 3. Are they going to then investigate every EFL club that's in debt where the owner guarantees the clubs future? 4. Would they rather see the club collapse into the non league again so they have a chance of buying it for the 80k they have stashed in the bank? If 4 is what they are hoping for then how can they actually call themselves supporters of Bristol Rovers. I think every fan than supports BRFC writes an open letter to the SC and PC demanding to know what their plan is so we can either decide to support them or the current owner. If they are going to try and take this club over or apart they need to be open with every single one of us so we can see if this really is an ego driven coup or there really is a plan that does not jeapordise the current guarantee of funds, our league position or our future as a league club from the owner and if they do take over how they will restructure the existing debt assuming they have to pay Wael back his investment in full.
OH well, only 4 years to late.

So let's look at the timeline -
10/17 BSS resigns 03/18 £3m loss announced 03/19 KM attends last board meeting 05/19 £3.4m loss announced 11/19 SH leaves 01/20 KM suspended 03/20 £3.4m loss announced 04/20 KM resigns, the SC and PC support him and report WAQ to the EFL for not being fit and proper.
So Rovers lost almost £10m during this period.
The main question is why the hell have KM, the SC and the PC waited this long to go public?

My main question is what are they trying to get out of it?
It's not as if the EFL can "sack" Wael! My understanding is that there is nothing they can do, so again what are they trying to get out of it?

One of the main points, as well as why a fans director, the supporters club and the presidents club sit back and watch while Rome burns...and then decide to try and do something about it.

Lost the best part of £10m in three years? Simple question: where on earth did all this money go? After all such lavish spending was not translated into sparkling onfield performances.

The alleged non delivery of Supporters share certificates/Receipts would be a serious issue which may be Fraudulent.
