I was married to Dave Harpers Niece (my first wife)
I am unable to confirm any details as I don't have my ex wife's number to contact her.
I'll make some discreet enquiries as I know one of the sons Kevin is a big Gashead.

I have seen on an organisations website that Dave and I belonged to that he has sadly passed.
A great bloke was Dave, keen skittler and confirmed Gashead. He will be missed.
RIP Dave.

Dave Harper was a perfect gentleman, a lovely family man and a lifelong true gashead along with his family.
He was Avon & Somerset Police Ground Commander at both Rovers and City.
On retirement from the police he got his dream job as Rovers Safety Officer.
A sad loss. Condolences to the family RIP Dave
