Is anyone else having problems trying to renew their Season Ticket online?
When I hit the link it just takes me into my account details and there doesn't appear to be a relevant link from there to renew the season ticket. Have tried ringing the office/shop but without success as I assume it is closed given the current climate?
Please can anyone help?

I remember it being a right pain. It's never straightforward doing this stuff, always needs a guide and for some reason it seems like there's 3 or 4 ticketing websites.
Hard for me to tell because I've already renewed. But there's a to do list with pending renewals on there you could take a look at.
The renewal window is still open so this really should work. Otherwise the club keeps publishing twitter messages saying renewal is available via phone on certain mornings.

Many thanks for your response. I tried the 'to do list' but there is nothing doing. Am getting a bit panicky as the cut off date for the early bird is 14 April.

Apparently Clare who works in the club shop has said the cut off date is being extended. Highly likely I’d say given the current circumstances.

I had same problem online. Rang the office and left a message. Claire called me back and renewed my season tickets. She is only in Monday and Thursday mornings. It was well into the afternoon when she called me back she said she was still there trying to return all of the messages - bless her.

It seems to get extended every year but I think this year it's pretty obvious it will with all the uncertainty I would actually get rid of the earlybird/renewal price. Keep a window for those that want to keep their seats, but I wouldn't bother putting the General sale price up. Just sell at £280 or whatever it is on the terrace flat rate and get as many people to buy as possible as and when

It's good to know someone else has had the same problem an it's nothing I am doing wrong. I did leave a message for a call back yesterday morning but nothing doing yet. Am concerned with the long bank holiday weekend coming up that I may not get this over the line.
Fingers crossed the rumours are right that it will be extended!

Try contacting Tom Gorringe on Twitter. He usually replies to all questions like STs.

600 season tickets sold so far

600 season tickets sold so far That figures seems low to me given you'd expect most stand ticket holders would renew before they do on general sale in order not to risk losing their seats? There still no suggestions by the club they'll be extending the date beyond Tuesday.

That was a update from the club on Twitter said 600 tickets sold I realised that as I also saw the tweet, the figure just seemed low when I read it, although I haven't clue what we normally sell by the end of the window.

I'd imagine 600 is shockingly low. Hardly a surprise given the climate. There are many who wouldn't renew without knowing when the next match will be even if they can afford it I would imagine.

With all due respect, you've have to be an idiot to renew at the moment. OK maybe I could understand ones that want to keep their seat but what's the rush otherwise.

Peterborough has 1,200 renewals I believe.
600 is exceptionally low, even in this climate

600 is very low, I renewed mine just out of loyalty like others on here I couldn't do it through the website so phoned and left a message with Claire who phoned back . Since the club have stopped posting out reminders and forms the season ticket sales seem to have fallen over he last few years. No point expecting people to purchase on line when the website doesn't work half the time, had similar problem last season, thought it was just me but appears not.

Had no issue renewing online. Somehow over the years i have managed to have two accounts with the club using 2 separate email addresses. So after logging in with both i found the one with the ‘to do list’ showing one and hey presto.
Like many others i was in two minds about whether to renew and no it isnt a priority - but is it ever? I opted for credit card purchase in the hopefully not misguided notion that it will minimise any potential loss if things dont go the way i hope for next season being a goer.
