Yes, good luck to him, he was, as neilv said “a fox in the box”, trouble was we rarely got the ball into the box. When we did v Plymouth he knew where the goal was. UTG!

Thought THD had signed for Newport You'd have thought after Leadbitter only managed 3 games last season Newport wouldn't be signing another one of our injury prone FB's anytime soon! No idea what actually caused Leads' injury but this is the image I get when I think of him running down the wing at Rodney Parade:

Thought he was a good squad player never got to be first choice, but looked useful when called on. I think this could be a good move for him. Good luck Gav.

Good luck to the guy. A move nearer to home and he may well thrive in L2 with the right service. It just didn't really work out for him here. Agree. Great Plymouth equaliser for us. A lone striker, if I must say. He always seemed to be playing up front not only by himself but with no link ups with the others? Had a great left foot shot but we didn’t see much of it. Just needs to add some more pace. Always wanted to see him play but just like Dom ....... Good luck.

Injured after that for a long while and never really made it back for us.

I see that he’s got about as far away from Plymouth as he can, as his goal at home park effectively relegated them. 😁 Good luck Gav. Yes and a very good goal to. Unfortunately didn't get the game time he could have, better than Nichols but I would have signed Dom as well

Came on but they lost 1-0. What a random move for him, mind. No disrespect but shows the level of quality outside the typical big Scottish teams if Reilly is getting a contract for the (current) fifth-best team in Scotland...

Scottish football is like a lot of places. Two big teams and a load of minnows. The Spanish league is another example of a fairly pointless competition. You’re best off just letting Barca and RM play 4 fixtures and do away with the rest. Not sure why some countries everyone seems to back one of 2 clubs and not their local one. We know a reason in Scotland - it’s essentially Northern Ireland playing out, I think spain is to do with the war, whether you/your family/area were communist or fascist. We’ve also got a clear one in Bristol. Neanderthal/homo sapien

To put it into perspective - number of Spanish League champions 9, Scottish League 11, Italian League 13, English Football League 24.

I watched scots prem last night, something I don't think I've ever done before. Ross C v Motherwell, it looked liked decent L1 level, possibly championship relegation level. I hadn't realised how poor it was. It’s utterly dire and Celtic and Rangers are spinning myths , laughable football
