Cue the Forum meltdown. Complete doom & gloom when we lose to Forest Green in a friendly, then absolute joy a few days later over a friendly with Cardiff and now complete doom & gloom again. This place is priceless sometimes. I'm off to watch England Those with common sense didn't get caught up in Cardiff. A game we lost anyway despite all the pretty football. And they got thumped today. Perhaps they're sh**e?

Ready for a forum meltdown ? The meltdown would be if we won a game. This is same old, same old, we’re all used to losing now.

Said last season the biggest mistake was keeping the pe teacher and him having a say in the future of the club.6 months down the line all he has done is br Brought in players that look good in non contact development games. That's his level and always will be. Thats why no club in the world employed him as a manager. Lot of posters on here seem to be brainwashed by him for some strange reason.with him in charge you need to look at relegation odds before they drop From what you say, I can't work out whether you're a BG fan or not.

It’s as well to say the score line is the most damning aspect- even the Garner critics would probably take positives from a 1-0 defeat in a tight game. But after all the hoo-ha of our summer signings to get thrashed 3-0 isn’t just a reality check, it harks back to the previous 20 odd competitive games under the same manager which were also pretty hopeless for the most part where we didn’t compete.
We’ve been given a beating by a side that isn’t even expected to do much this season.

Perhaps they're sh**e? Or perhaps it's the League Cup which isn't the be all and end all, where teams lose to clubs leagues below them on a regular basis in the early rounds of this competition. Which is evident again today. Yeah it's a sh** result and the 2nd half has been absolutely dreadful, but still no need for a complete meltdown. YET!

I’m just here for the comments Not looking good on this poor performance - where are goals going to come from? A serious investment in a striker is necessary and sign back Ogogo for that bite in mid-field.

I’m struggling to see a difference from Rovers under Garner last season, other than no longer having a goal scorer.
Kilgour looks like he hasn’t been told he’s not on furlough anymore and I can’t see Baldwin as an improvement on Menayese. If we play like this up at Sunderland we will be thumped.

We had bright spells in games under BG last season but we were still getting beat every week.
