At present wael has not got to pay any heed to unhappy fans. He is literally paying for everything . There are no fans at games so no gate or bar money coming in. Which means he will give BG as long he thinks he deserves before results have to reflect the expenditure or that he thinks the plan is not going to work. But we are a laughing stock. As a gas head it would hurt me bitterly to own this club and keep a man in charge with 2 wins in a calendar year to the point that even national media have picked up on it because it’s so unusual. Wael has paid off the debt and fair play, but these are unusual circumstances and I feel he needs to be grilled by Geoff so he can explain to supporters exactly what justification there is for continuing to employ a man who not only cannot win a game as long as he has got a hole in his arse but who insults the fan’s intelligence along with it. We are a joke of a club, no other club in the league would tolerate a win ratio of less than 10% over half a seasons worth of games That's including last seasons games though, they don't count. It wasn't his players bar th e7 he was allowed to bring in in January.

Do we really need to tweet Wael directly to tell him how disgruntled we all are, as surely he can work that out for himself, or at least be told by MS/TG?

The only way anything like this will work is in person. A socially distanced protest outside the mem on Saturday morning would be the only way to get noticed if we are there when all the players and match day staff turn up.
Anything online will be ignored and filed with all the abuse Wail gets all year round. Even gathering outside the Mem during the match would be pointless as no one but the old bill would see anything. It would have to be before or after the match.

Wael sees the results I’m sure he will make his own decision, he’s aware of the danger of relegation, but you never know it could be Cotterill incoming, now there’s a thought..?..

I don’t see how even he could be worse than BG unless you put storming back to the conference over getting results and staying where we are? I’d take any manager, any, over Ben.

How many’s calling for his head? The VAST majority tbf. Gotta be 95%+ I'd imagine Think your confusing the amount of people on here and the total gashead support. I agree that a lot of people on here are calling for BG to be replaced but even then I dont think its a high as 95% but I have no way of knowing , like you have no way of knowing if thats correct. But what I suspect is that it wont be 95% of the fan base. Many of the more rational supporters will be willing to give him more time to get the team to work as a team. It not in doubt that he has signed some good player but has not yet created a good team. Time will tell, how long it will take, if at all, I have no idea.

Look Wael is a very busy man and we should not be bothering him with our moans and groans , i am sure he will read this forum take note of all the considered opinions of all the experienced football managers on here , draw up a short list of 50 or so to contact and ask for there advice as for what to do in the present circumstances, just be patient and await the call!,meanwhile we must continue to support the club in every way possible and try to donate to the cause through whatever means we can , I follow, merchandise, help line etc as i feel with the Covid thing ,we are all in for a very rough ride and will be fighting just to survive and league positions will become irrevelent! up the Rovers!

The rational ones who want this win ratio to continue? rational : ‘Based of or in conclusion with reason or logic’ Strikes me continuing to back Ben is irrational.

As soon as the manager whines about the referees in post match interviews he's ran out of ideas of how to get the team winning games Ref's have always been poor at this level and always will be I'm sure wael will pick up on that UTG

I think Wael is well aware, he follows a lot of fans on social media and no doubt forms his own opinions as he always keeps up to date with the gas. I don’t think a bunch of people tweeting him or emailing the club is going to help the situation really.

The club get most of the I follow money so if that drops then it shows a similar decline to falling attendances I would imagine. Personally I’ll still keep watching for a few reasons , I love my club and always want to watch them if I can , I missed football so much during lockdown and because it’s financial income for the club. After Waels put so much money in to the club I feel I should as a lifelong supporter do my bit to pay him back. I might end up switching off at 4:15 again next Saturday like I did yesterday but at least I’m doing my bit to keep the club afloat and never know we might play well or even win. Also I think we’ll probably be watching football in the lower leagues for a couple more weeks at most as the clubs are going to have more and more Covid cases and have to suspend games it’s going to be a logistical nightmare. Hope I’m wrong but it’s only going one way at present.

The 95% out figure is ridiculous! A large majority who write on this forum may be in favour of sacking BG but that only represents a small but vocal minority of Rovers supporters, the vast majority of which do not use these forums for the very reason of the kind of stuff being touted on here. The anti Colston brigade used the same rhetoric when they said the vast majority of Bristolians supported the statues toppling. What they mean.t was 11000 people signed a petition to that effect , 11000 out of a city of close on half a million, Hardly an endorsement of the action taken, The majority of Rovers Fans may well want change but 95% , no way.

I think the forum could be taken as a fair sample of supporters views especially as football is a results business. I have no doubt that Ben has done a fantastic job developing the structure and footballing side behind the scenes BUT we need results on a Saturday and he isn't delivering them. When do the positives get outweighed by the negatives? Some fans have been there for a while. I didn't expect more than 1 or 2 points from the first three games, however the next few fixtures are becoming must win games.

Wael has closed his facebook messenger. I suspect he is watching the games, and is on the phone to Garner
