Its so bad, so so bad. There's no physicality from anyone. Its like a bunch of kids playing adults.
I think I can say for sure we are in trouble
We've been saying since the start of the season we need an experience striker, well I think its more serious than that now. January won't save us unfortunately.

Garner has killed this club and yet some on here still drop their trousers for him.i said in Sept if city go up this season and we go down then its goodnight irene.that crowd you see in the mem tonight is what the future holds for us. What was he doing after our freekick hit the wall?! We are absolutely terrible. We're in deep trouble, make no doubt about that. If I was manager he'd be getting the hairdryer treatment at the full time team talk and dropped. Zero interest and effort. Can we have Abu back please? He’s a Coughlan type player, not a widdrington/garner type player so I wouldn’t hold my breath unless there is a big mea culpa at the top that this new strategy of the club’s was not the brightest idea. |

Gillingham everything you need in league 1 with a mid table budget. Big, tough , experienced , hardworking , confident and organised. Rovers everything you don’t need in league 1 with a mid table budget Small , weak , not hard working lacking in confidence, inexperienced and disorganised. What do you expect when you stuff the team with lightweight inexperienced youngsters without even making sure you have the experience off the pitch to implement such a plan. It’s a nice idea but the way we’ve gone about it it’s like all you have to do is wave a magic wand and you get kids playing sexy football. Yeah it ridiculous. We’ve all been watching league 1 football long enough to know it wouldn’t work. I don’t blame Tisdale for this I think the blokes on a hiding to nothing taking over this side , hopefully he can get a few out in January and bring in some experience tough players if he can’t then he’s / we’re f**ked. |

What tripe .. PT had three very winnable first games ... four if you think of Saturdays opponents .. We look very very poor! Hard to see where the next League win is coming from.. Scary to think we still haven't scoreed in the league since he came in either - all against teams in and around relegation. God help us. I don't think we're capable of scoring an own goal! |

This is poor. We are so lightweight it’s scary. Average teams are able to bully us and we have no grit or mental strength. I really do think we might be witnessing a relegation season. And if the Teds go up that would be disastrous! Hope Tisdale can see a way of getting some fight into this squad or we are going into League 2. Spot on - teams are bullying us. No fight, no steel, no-one on the pitch being vocal - all too nicey nicey. I wanted BG to succeed but his recruitment left us with no plan B all tippy tappy stuff. Maybe we need to convert one of the centre half's into a temporary striker to give a bit of a physical presence in the opposition box. Wouldn't bother they don't even give us a physical presence in our own box!! |

Problem is our squad is so big we are going to have to try and get rid of a few before we can bring anyone in. Nobody is going to want to take anyone of our hands! Our new Director of Football who is heavily involved in recruitment seems to have got a way with any criticism, yet we have a completely imbalanced squad. We we will need to get players out in January but surely he can see what we are missing? As soon as Garner was out the door he still thought it was the best squad since promotion. That comment comes back to bite him on the ass with each passing game. If he seriously thinks this was good recruitment then he’s part of the problem as much as Garner was. |

Widdrington was there for all of Coughlan's signings. So he gets no credit for those but blamed for this lot? |

GGMI can you just drop it. Must spend all day on here dissecting and saving other peoples posts as ammunition for a later date. You can change opinion but no one else can. Bringing up your old posts from weeks/months ago most of which are probably for 'general chat' but that doesn't get as much reaction as the main page.

Unfortunately I don't think Tisdale was the right appointment, he doesn't seem to me like the guy who can get a struggling team fired up.
We lack any real senior respectable pros too so no one to lead by example. There is not fight whatsoever. I would have Ogogo back in this side immediately.
