Paul Tisdale has had a transformational and impressive impact on this group. Ever player has improved their focus, alertness and awareness on the pitch. We look dangerous in set pieces, organised as a defensive unit, energised and playing as a team. It’s good football to watch with an urgency in forward play that is unsettling the Plymouth defence. Very encouraging. A few more victories and we can hope again.

I see the team putting pace in the passes, the ball going from one another in time, winning kickly ground and making impact.
Even the keeper lets the ball to the right one in the feet.
I am relieved to see it today after the last weeks, really.

Since when did Upson become Iniesta? PT has totally transformed this team & Upson especially I think Upson was treated a bit harshly previously. To be fair when everyone is stood still as we labour about at the back most players at this level would struggle. |

This is impressive I have to say. It’s still very early in PT reign but I am feeling more and more positive every game that goes by. We all knew we had made some impressive signings this summer and unfortunately BG couldn’t get the best out of them where it seems PT might.

I was unimpressed with Tisdale when he was announced as Gaffer. But I will be honest now to admit I'm eating my words.
I'm very impressed how he has, galvanised the team, and the club.
