Ehmer 5 unconvinced by him, gets beaten so easily
Kilgour 7.5 the old Alfie is back
Baldwin 8.5 MOTM a man mountain
Leahy 5 few errors but did put one on a plate for Hanlan
Upson 6.5 did his job
Westbrooke 6.5 lots of energy but looked weak and not always up for it
McCormick 7 some solid defensive work today, saw a different side of his game
Oztumer 7 creative
Nicholson 7.5 what a finish
Hanlan 5.5 those sort of missed chances aren’t acceptable

van Stappershoef 7 He doesn't inspire confidence but made a couple of vital saves towards the end
Ehmer 6.5 Not his best ever game
Kilgour 8 Great to see Alfie getting back to his best
Baldwin 8 A very solid and confident performance
Leahy 7 Difficult to mark as he was very involved in the whole game making some excellent contributions but messed up at other times
Upson 7 Was there when we needed him cleaning up and doing the less glamorous stuff
Westbrooke 8 Thought he turned in a great performance today and lasted the pace after his layoff
McCormick 7 Very busy, always involved
Oztumer 8.5 MotM for me, just excellent, all over the pitch and seldom put a foot wrong. Like Westbrooke it was very pleasing to see him
busy for the whole 90 minutes.
Nicholson 7 Always a danger
Hanlan 6 On another day would have scored a hat-trick
Ref 8 Let the game flow for most of the match then got a bit picky towards the end
Blackpool 6 Good going forward but comical defending at times

van Stappershoef 8 two great stops late on to cap a competent display Ehmer 7 decent in a position that is not where he was signed to play. Kilgour 8.5 Alfie best game of the season. Baldwin 9.M.o.M. an absolute rock. Leahy 7 the usual curates egg ,some good tackles, a couple of decent passes but often left a huge space for the Blackpool right side to attack. Upson 6.5 a bits and pieces game Westbrooke 7 nice to have his extra quality back McCormick 7.5 he shows great promise and has high energy which we miss when he's not playing. Oztumer 8 classy as always, Nicholson 8.5 a goal of sheer quality, he should be playing at a higher level. Hanlan 7 a well taken goal, a weak penalty and a shocking miss but as always put in a great shift and looked knackered late on. Ref 7 Blackpool 7 decent |

van Stappershoef No chance on goal, likes to punch a bit too much but made the saves when needed 7
Ehmer Average game thought he was helped out alot by McCormick 6
Kilgour Solid game 7
Baldwin Played well and the best of our defenders, 8
Leahy Mixed bag (should have taken the penalty) 6.5
Upson Quieter game not worth a place ahead of Grant 7
Westbrooke Played very well today linked played excellently particularly with Oztumer and Nicholson 8
McCormick We really need to try to sign him another excellent game where he worked his socks off 8
Oztumer Great feet and vision not everything came off but lots did 8
Nicholson Class act in the team great goal and assist 8.5 motm
Hanlan Good goal, unlucky on penalty and a poor miss, he is handful but needs to improve in the air and sometimes hold the ball up to allow the midfield to arrive rather than his natural instinct to charge at the defence. 7

Upson - 7. Didn’t notice him much so I suspect that means he did a lot of the hard unseen work in midfield.
Oz - 7
Westbrook - 7.5
McCormick-8
Nicholson- 7.5, well taken goal
Hanlan 8, half a point knocked off for the penalty miss and the sitter two minutes later. Worked hard today.
Ref - 8. Did well and let the game flow.
Blackpool- 7.

van Stappershoef 6.5 - a few good stops but not totally convincing
Ehmer 5 - all at sea in first half. Improved slightly in the second
Kilgour 7.5 - best of the back four. Looked confident
Baldwin 7 - slow start but grew into the game
Leahy 5.5 - a number of poor mistakes but did some good things, especially going forward
Upson 6 - average game
Westbrooke 6.5 - some sublime flicks and moves but sloppy at times and doesn't defend as well as he should
McCormick 7.5 - worked extemely hard
Oztumer 7.5 - a class act, plays with a smile and puts in a lot of hard work
Nicholson 7.5 - not in the game as much as one would of liked but superb goal plus an assist.
Hanlan 6 - good goal but poor penalty and slow to follow up. His miss a couple of minutes later ensured a stressful rest of the match for the fans
Ref 8 - made mistakes but let the game flow and made good use of the advantage rule
Blackpool 6 - looked a good side for a lot of the game. Failed to wrap up the game in the first half hour when on top
