Decent First Half - goal aside Kilgour has been awesome. - What a difference a good manager makes.

Not really expecting to come out on top come the end but looking at our game for positives and signs of improvement, I am happy with our first half play started off as if the game plan was lump it at every opportunity, but once we got to grips I think we have played our part in quite an entertaining half!

Need to get Oztumer on the ball more second half, missing abit of creativity without Nicholson but good stuff so far!

Considering the strength of the side they have put out I think we've been excellent. Defended very well and Day has made a couple of good saves, unlucky with the goal as well.
Ayunga has won a fair bit in the air and we've played some good stuff at times.
All in all so far we've given a very good account of ourselves

We’ve played some decent football and a fantastic headed goal by Alfie . Ref has got all the decisions right as well so far .

Playing really well. We seem to be prone to slipping/losing our footing more than them - what do players wear on their feet these days, not proper studs it seems.
I've manged to link the laptop to the proper tv so watching on a big screen is great.
Switched the tv over to the BBC goals program once the half finished to hear the girl reporter at the Mem say Ayunga wasn't getting much luck - I thought we was winning some great headers and had some good touches.
If we can keep it tight, not sit off them around the edge of our box too much, and not have one of our usual clangers, we can do this.

A good effort - excellent performances from AK and JD. We look a bit vulnerable down our right flank. I feel Sheffield are more likely to win the game, but if we get quality ball to our front two then things could happen

The bench isn't giving me a lot of confidence. Can't see who could come on and improve our attacking threat One option (depending on how game is going could be) You could see grant come on-ayunga off. Grant alongside upson will allow upson some more creative forward choices. Also means westbrooke and McCormick can move up the pitch a bit. 4-2-3-1 Rodman could replace westbrooke potentially. Maybe barret for oztumer ? Not too many options really. |

Lazy refereeing, never a foul by Ayunga. Can't stand it when referees just automatically give a GK a freekick because he misses a ball My stream is a bit behind so think the incident you're referring to was when Ayunga was actually offside and that's what the ref blew for. |

Like the commentator said ..... attackers never get those decisions. I’ve never understood why ( as a former striker!) . |
