Would you keep it unchanged after a great performance and result on Tuesday, or make a few tweaks for what is sure to be a very different game on Saturday?
I'd go for:
_____________Mildenhall___________ Lockyer__McChrystal__Parkes__Brown Balanta_____Mansell__Sinclair___LDV ___________Blissett___Taylor_______
I thought Monkhouse had a very good game Tuesday night, and his assist for Taylor's goal was brilliant. BUT, I can see nothing other than Welling putting 10-men behind the ball and it being a defence v attack kind of game, in which case someone like Balanta could be the key to unlocking the door and making the breakthrough. If he's blowing after 45 minutes (ooh err!), then hopefully he'd have already made the desired contribution and we could bring Monkhouse on to sure it up.

Id drop lockyer as his passing wasn't very good keep monkhouse and balanta in and go 352. Or keep the same and just ease balanta in for more game time instead. Robably the latter.

I'd go with the same team but can see your logic.

It's difficult to make a case against the same starting 11.

Now have strength in depth, and I think Balanta is a bit special, would leave monkhouse out and play Balanta. I guess DC will put the lad from Luton on the bench. utg

Id keep Balanta on the bench and give him 20 mins again. Monkhouse has given his best two performances for us in the last two games. Having said that I don't know anything about Welling and haven't had them watched which no doubt Clarke has. Managers generally have a good think about the oppositions strengths and weaknesses before they pick their side.

I'd play the Monk. The first goal against Barnet, had Steven Gerrard won the challenge and played the through-ball like that, they'd still be w**king over it on Match of the Day.

Why would DC start with somebody who clearly isn't going to last 60 mins over somebody who has helped us to 4 goals in his last two games. Assuming everybody is fit I can't see DC changing the starting 11.

He was on the bench against Barnet and I would imagine he will be against Welling. Can't believe the overall strength of our squad now
Mildenhall
Lockyer Parkes McCrystal Brown
Della Verde Sinclair Mansell Monkhouse
Blissett Taylor
Subs Balanta Clarke Trotman Wall Harrison Martin Leadbitter Gosling Preston
And that is without counting youngsters. There can't be any club in the Conference with a stronger squad.
