Massive trouble with Northampton somehow taking the lead. If we didn’t pull that out of the bag against Pompey we’d be second bottom. Scary stuff. 3-3 in the MK Dons-Northampton game. Never thought I’d be celebrating an MK Dons equaliser what has life come to 🤪 Utg

That’s either pressure or his volatile ego. He won’t be so bullish tonight, bit of a reality check for him...but he can get a tune out of these players and even in defeat that has to count for something rather than possibly bringing in Barton and the players downing tools. I hope they at least give it Tuesday which should be winnable on recent post-Tisdale form. Got to laugh Barton not even through the door and if he does you claim the players will "down tools". Why do you say that? I said “possibly”, as in possibly coming here and the players possibly downing tools. They aren’t downing tools for Widdrington, they just simply might not be good enough, for me I’d be taking a chance on that rather than risking that they will not even put in the effort anymore under a new guy. Barton/whoever could be Penney mk II

Got to have some fun in these depressing times ! Utg💙 Each to their own I suppose. I personally won’t be celebrating if we’re in L2 and they lose the occasional game in the Championship Exactly , each to their own . I certainly won’t be celebrating if we are in league 2 . But I will always celebrate a defeat for the sh-t . I reiterate - each to their own ! Utg 💙

He is the main problem in my eyes and needs to be dropped. Hasn't scored in ages but many wont say a bad word against him as he tries hard and shows promise. Hanlan is not a terrible player, he’s not a great centre forward. I think he’s a winger or wide forward. He is not good at holding off or back to goal. . Spot on I’d like to see us play the 4-2-3-1 formation again Day Williams Ehmer Kilgour Leahy Grant Upson Nicholson McCormick Hanlan Ayunga Daly, Rodman and Oz to come on for tired legs Get Nicholson and Hanlan buzzing around Ayunga, bit of width, something we’ve missed all season.

Bristol City losing at home... again. Imo it’s time to focus on ourselves All well and good celebrating them losing but let’s have some perspective C'mon its a post on a forum its hardly going to affect anything. I dont see anyone saying the same when we win and they lose and we are "singing the blues" etc

Disappointing as i hoped and thought we would get something from the game and put a bit of a run together, however it seems we showed enough to give us belief that we can retain our league 1 status , on another note am i right in thinking that we have to travel to away games on the morning of the match ,hotel stays being off limits? if so 1.00 kick offs are not doing the away side any favours, e.g. would have to be there circa 11.30 for reasonable loosen up time, means leaving Briz 07.30 ish , getting up 06.30 m hardly good preparation, so why the early kick off? Remember in National league we tried same day travel and DC insisted we went back to overnighters as it had detrimental effect on team., of course i may be wrong in my assumption and if so SORRY! I guess it's a clever ploy by Steve Evans AKA cheating b......d as he that knows most teams will have to travel early, I don't understand why we agree to it as players must be familiar with their routines for a 3pm kick off, even at the Mem we are generally poor when we kick off around midday.

Portsmouth lose no shots on target? They must still be worrying about Kenny's op, unless it's more than just a routine op he's undergoing, it's odd how every season they seem to blow promotion at the death.

Really annoyed by iFollow to not tell me about the time change.
Football at this level should be massive for internet entrepreneurs. Win or lose we all enjoy the game. Fantastic chance for some mad IT youngster to be a new Elon Musk

TW is part of the problem not the answer to the problem, given that our summer recruitment was so poor, no pace in defence/leader to replace Craig, no obvious midfield play maker/speedy wide players and no obvious replacement for JCH, goals wise. TW and BG between must have blown all the proceeds from JCH's transfer funds.

TW and BG between must have blown all the proceeds from JCH's transfer funds. They might not be here next season (with any luck). We’re in a transitional phase in a relegation battle, that is an awful place to be especially for a club like us who had notions of a long term vision and DNA not so long ago. We should only be committing to the end of the season on all fronts, manager, players, board members and no more because we simply don’t know where we go from there. Rushing into an appointment now when we are in such a dire position will see us handing out another 2 year contract to someone who might not keep us up and might not be appropriate for a struggle in league 2. Given the above, there is far more that could go wrong with a new manager vs keeping with people the players are familiar with just til the end of the season imo.

I’m worried we don’t have enough to stay up, Midweek was brilliant but today feels back to the ‘norm’ for this season. Not a terrible performance but can’t score and leak goals Let’s hope there are 4 worse teams 🤞

Suggest you forget about your cloud cuckoo land ideas. Gillingham have played 11 games at home on Saturday. Won 4, drawn 2 and lost 5. On the flip side if the players get up early, they are home earlier. I think you are just clutching at straws, face up to the fact we are a very poor team, worse than Gillingham, yet another team to get six points off us this season.

There always has to be a hierachy accessible to anyone
What is live content?
It is the thing that is running around our minds all the times. Even tho the Rovers are sh** I think about them everyday.
A Marketmans' dream...
I should probably send Wael an email on Monday
But then again I am sure he has thought of this in the Masterplan

According to Widdrington though at least we were better than when we played Gillingham at home. Classy of him to get that one in there!
