Goodbye Paul, Goodbye Ben, Paul and Ben ,Paul and Ben are the yesterdays men to the Tune of the flowerpot men, who no doubt would have made a better job of it, if we had appointed them Slobalob. Flobadob .

Haven't checked the stats but from the beginning of 2020 to now, in terms of points won we must be the worst professional team in the country or at least one of the worst?

The day he walked into the club pushed us back 5 years

I think a few things !. We have sold all our best players year after year which dismantled a good side 2015_19.
The recruitment of 2020 will go down as one of the worst ever.
It is hard to take and a big reality check that Higgs got us into div one ( fact) and we are actually going back.

Stockhausen... Wasn't that the name of the guy that used to write about the Teds in the evening p*st? Maybe that's his dad? Can't be more than one family of Stockhausens in Bristol. The reporter was bespectacled and not very good from memory. Mind you, neither was Chris swift that used to write for us

Would be a shame as it seems under Barton we are not being blown away just a couple mistakes and lack of finishing is costing us game after game. TW should be laid off as well as MS. Keep joey as we have a base for a pretty decent L2 side so if joey can bring a few in we should do decent next year

Morale at every level of the club must be rock bottom. Really can't see us doing very well next year whatever division we're in.

One saving grace is not having these chancers here next season when crowds are back.

The blame sits squarely with the board. If you back a manager in pre season with signings and sack him in November you better we’ll make sure the next man improves things!
If you do it twice in 3 months then you are under greater pressure to make sure it works!
We will never know how Garner would have ended up but we haven’t been higher in the league since he left and have got a lot less points per game since he left.
I would rip your arm off for being unbeaten against sides below top 10 and 1.1ppg for the 11 games he managed us this season including playing 3 of the top 5.
Tisdale and Barton (Barton needs more time) have a worse record than Garner this season and our board have sacked and hired managers like we are bloody Watford!

The board fully backed BG in the market to bring in yhe players he thought he could mould into a good footballing team. Turns out you need some tough players as well as tippy tappy ones. The bind was the rules put in place over budgets and squad sizes. That made it impossible to make yhe changes needed by the new manager in the january window. JAB has the worst hand of all. No scope for new players and a losing team. Garner is what turned a 4th placed squad into a relegation squad. It was a nice idea ,but has turned out to be a terrible mistake.

One saving grace is not having these chancers here next season when crowds are back. Make your mind up, one minute it's down to poor recruitment the next we've signed "chancers", the truth is the squad is hopelessly unbalanced, with no dominate CH or CF and a weak midfield meaning the players we have got really haven't got a chance. Add Craig or similar, a decent CM and an experienced striker and the "chancers" could probably hold their own at L1 level.

Nonsense, if we could seemingly afford Stockley's and more recently Ledley's wages we could have signed at least 1 or 2 L1 players, don't forget most of Garner's signings were made well before the budget cap rules came into force, giving Tisdale some leeway in January, Garner set the ball rolling and Tisdale finished us off by not signing a striker.

yes I do feel if we had the fans at games we could have got some better results but I know it's the same for all! 3 managers who can only muster up 30 points between them suggests that the players themselves are either not good enough or they are not ready to play in a first team at this level? Defensively we have been soft as sh**e and attacking wise we just don't score goals! I cant understand why tutundo hasn't had a look in since Garner left? He could offer us so much more at wing back than leahy

I agree regarding tutundo very strange not getting a look in I wonder if he's still smiling following PT's dismissal? I can't see he'd do any worse than our shot shy forwards if he played at LW or even No 10, it's strange how Hanlan gets so much game time but other like DT & Ayunga/Daly get so little game time.
