Before Tuesdays game I was excited today I’m more nervous.
We’re running out of games.
I really hope JB and his staff have been able to get enough across to these players in the short time they’ve had because this is probably a very tough game.

The more I listen to JB the more convinced I am that we will do well by him. He talks football in football fan language, if that makes any sense. His passion for the game is plain to see and i don't think he is going to over complicate things which IMHO our last two managers did, albeit with the best intentions. There will be people out there, knowing his past, who will try and derail him but please JB walk away and laugh at them, it can be quite satisfying!
I am not sure if he has had enough time to ensure a win today but if we can get something from the game it could be the first step to a decent run of results carrying us to safety 1-1.

Some big games at the bottom today
ROCHDALE V BURTON
SWINDON V NORTHAMPTON
I feel like we need to turn the corner soon, we are in dire form and the games will start to run out. On paper the games get a lot tougher after Burton so we need to avoid defeat. Match their 4-3-3 and trust our players are better than theirs!
I’ve got a hefty £2 on 3-1 and Ayunga to score!

No logic or reason, just gut feeling and with JB having had slightly longer training with the boys .... I’m going for 2-1 win with Ayunga and Ehmer scoring! Just have a feeling that if fit Ehmer will be in instead of Harries...
Whatever the score and whoever scores I don’t care as long as we get the points!

How hard can it be to have kits that are sufficiently different? They should be made to play in ‘skins’ All the other teams that wear blue have plain blue shirts. So a white away shirt would be fine. Its only rovers that have so much white and blue on the shirts that make both blue and also white kits not useable. This is why shrewsbury should either not have chosen white or had a 3rd kit of another colour...yellow for example |

They could potentially have had green or black for a 3rd kit. Certainly ways around it. In seasons where we've had a yellow away kit, we'd probably need to wear a 3rd strip if we were playing Mansfield or Shrewsbury. What is Shrewsbury's 3rd strip? It's not listed on their website? |
