Scrappy first half where Wimbledon looked a bit more settled but without really threatening and we’ve looked a bit out of sorts but have had the better chances.... McCormick should have done better with his 2 and Nicholson forced a good save out of the keeper at the end.... all to play for in the 2nd half but we need to step it up if we want to guarantee getting the points....
Wimbledon playing a pretty streetwise game - stifling Ayunga and swarming on Nicholson when he’s on the ball and giving away lots of niggly fouls to slow the game, break up play and give themselves time to shape up....

For those who are worried. Don't be. Football matches are comprised of two halves.
If they weren't we'd probably have ended up at the other end of the league in 2015/16.
Trust in Joey to turn us around at half time.

Not looking on top of our game first half. The football all coming from the Dons but the chances have fallen for us. Need to up our game second half.

Well, some inconsiderate tree somewhere nearby has ensured that today's match will be experienced by painstakingly loading the forum every half an hour or so whenever a bit of mobile internet kicks in, as there is a mass outage in my area, which started at 14.50. Oh, and my radio can only tune into the Yeovil match. Fun times.

Wish the referee would speed Wimbledon up with the throw in s.The've wasted so much time. Quite a few chances and we should be at least two ahead as Wimbledon for all their possession have created nothing.

I think conditions could help us this half, I think we will play higher up the pitch and pen Wimbledon in. Our chances have come from winning the ball high up and I think we will be able to do that more this half

Well that was as my head expected it after Tuesday, but my heart wasn't very impressed. Wimbledon look to be doing to us as we did to Accrington, with the high press, only we aren't still trying to play it out, like Accrington, and they're marking our outlets (Ayunga & Nicholson) very closely. Hope for an improvement?
