That was abysmal. Chalk and Cheese from Tuesday. At least we didn't lose, that's the only positive from today. Abysmal is a bit strong. One of those chances goes in and it's a different game.

Bitterly disappointing to drop off so much at the end, but with all the pressure and stonewall pen not given - pleased with a point. Although over the 90 minutes, we deserved the full 3 points. I don’t think we did , it was an even game with chances for both sides but poor finishing and good goalkeeping kept it 0-0. We no more deserved to win than them so a draw a fair result, feels like a defeat though with tough games coming up. Fair enough, for me we had the best/most chances overall. If their flurry of 15 minutes at the end was at the beginning of the game, we'd have forgotten about it and we frustrated at dropping 2 points. One of those ones where because we could/should have lost it at the end, a draw seems a good result - but over the full 90 I think we were better. But hey ho, our record against the bottom is shocking this season and could well be our downfall. Maybe its a good thing we dont have many 6 pointers left? Yep a game we should have won and somehow I don’t know how we didn’t lose it? 😂 It’s a point, we’ll do Charlton on Tuesday it’s about time time! UTG.

And another thing that really gripes me, is the inconsistency of a lot of our players. Upson was a prime pirlo Tuesday night, today I wouldn’t want him starting for Patchway town. McCormick didn’t really get into the game at all today. Ayunga had chances but his aerial ability was non existent today and wasn’t holding the ball up enough to allow other players into the attack. Hanlon didn’t work on the wing at all. His first touch really needs to improve. i thought upson did quite well today but periodically. I think the problem is too many struggle to get involved in games for large periods, they have moments where they're influencing things or looking unplayable, then they disappear/are anonymous for 30 mins e.g westbrooke, Nicholson, mccormick.

Watching Baldwin today was like watching Messi, kept you on the edge of your seat, butterflies in your stomach, just wondering what he is going go do next. How the gaschat commentary team gave him MOTM I am not sure. Wimbledon will watch and think that was a certain penalty denied. I know! He does some good things and some head-scratching things! Can’t say he doesn’t put a shift in though. A bit like Leahy, he’s fully committed and not without ability but there’s always a mistake around the corner.

Not a bit surprised we did not win, to be honest i was dreading one of those awful 1-0 home defeats, relieved we got the point. It may seem strange but i am more confident that we will win at Charlton than i was of winning todays game.

Abysmal is very strong, I thought it was a hard working, determined performance, we just fell a bit short going forwards. I hope Rodman’s injury isn’t too serious, we weren’t the same side without him.

Looking at the table it’s probably going to be 4 from 6 and we are one of those 6. With our lack of regular goals it’s mostly likely going to go down to the last game or penultimate game. Squeaky bum time.

The substitutions changed that game, as soon as Rodman came off through injury, Hanlan came on and Wimbledon subbed on a second striker, the momentum went to the away side. We’d started the second half really brightly before that. I think a draw in the end was probably a fair result, we had a couple of good opportunities, they had a couple of good opportunities. Nicholson was absolutely excellent I thought, Westbrooke had a good game too. A bit disappointing but if someone had offered me 4 points from 6 available at the start of the week I absolutely would have taken it. Pick up points at that rate going forward and we’ll be absolutely fine. might just be a big lump with limited ability but palmer changed the game for me when he came on. Our defence had little to do for an hour but fell apart when he was on the pitch. But for a bit more composure in the one on one with Day or Williams putting him off on the line in the air i think he could've scored a couple today.

JB most likely fired them up on Tuesday, after the poor display in the previous game and seeking revenge for the 6-1, it's not so easy to do that every game, plus if we'd taken one of our chances that might well have opened the floodgates. I guess if we're now going to win every game we won't be in the bottom 6 mini league in the first place. Not losing/staying top of the mini league was the major plus point today. We'll just have to dust ourselves down and start again on Tuesday, Barton v Bowyer could be interesting!!

Needed to get our noses in front, dons more desperate than us. Made life hard by not scoring, dons smelt blood, really went for it last 10 minutes. Suppose its a good point in the end!? I think it was what it was, 2 teams lacking in quality in the final third.

Yeah we played ok but didn’t take our chances. Story of our season. At least we didn’t make many defensive mistakes today and when they did get behind Day - Man of Match , excellent performance.

Substitutes were water poor. Justified why they're not getting in the starting 11. Westbrooke underwhelming. We all see the game differently. I thought Westbrooke was our best player today. Covered a lot of ground and linked play well. Did well when he covered at right wing back as well. We needed to get Nicholson involved more. We had no joy at all down the left hand side. Westbrooke underwhelming? Ran his socks off him, he and Nicholson at times were really excellent. Not much up top today, Ayunga marked out of it and was disappointing. Rarely do I say McCormick had a bad game but he was under par and Upson just made too many mistakes. But don't recall our last clean sheet or when Day didn't make a mistake so however fraught it became at the end we managed to hold on. Pigott is the centre forward we dream off.

Squeaky bum time. It doesn't take a genius to work that one out!! Shrewsbury only need 10 pts to get to 50 pts so should easily do that, Barton are on fire after having a good January, meanwhile we signed just a goalie and a full back!!
