Upson has himself to blame.
We know we won't get favours from the ref. Why make it easy for the ref by doing something so stupid, especially when we are fighting for our lives!
Best thing about this though is that Upson won't be available for the next game.

Did upson have his arm across the blokes throat? Yep, can't see why he needed to do it and so gave the ref the chance to give him a red. The player who was on the floor went at Upson who was holding him off. Suddenly the player on the floor has been shot im afraid that is is a complete shambles of a decision and no more than a yellow for anyone. |

Don’t forget the second yellow for the Lincoln player who sprinted in to take out Upson and slam him to the floor. If Upsons is a red, then both Lincoln players should have reds too |

For me in front of my screen the referee didn't get the energy of the action. This is an awkward decision.

Seriously if you think that's a red you need To watch a different sport. Thete player does worse and gets a yellow. He’s put his hands on the guys face right in front of the ref. Watched it back, It’s a red for me. The guy was going at him he was just holding him off and seen it more than once. It's not a red |
