Of course, the tracker doesn’t recognise my season ticket number. Same here. Tried ST number and the two numbers provided by Ticketmaster and none of the buggers work! A total and utter balls-up.

What a joke. Unless the new season ticket has a number on it that we need to supply so we can see where the season ticket is. What's this non compatible excuse. Quick fix, ticketmaster tell the club the renewals and they do the same as previous seasons. I assume when the tickets do arrive we won't get in as the turnstiles haven't been updated to the new cards

Can’t help but feel the club is massively going backwards on a number of levels.
I know this will probably come across as a meltdown because STs won’t come in time but every interaction with the club since last season is full of cock up after cock up.

I have tried all the numbers the club have given me, and none of them work. I am able to login to www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/ and www.ticketmaster.co.uk, so my online accounts are ok. www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/ - This website confirms my season ticket information, which includes an ID which I assume is the one that should work on "PackTrack". All very strange and not what you want on the build up to the first home league game of the season. As long as I can gain entry to the ground and sit in my allocated seat on Saturday then I'll be happy...

Quid a kid at Twerton yes remember it...but that would have been pre 1996 ...it is now 2021 ...we can't surely offer such a similar deal. Or maybe £1.25 a pint a beer We only get about 100 kids at the mem now looking around.! ( be interesting to know the exact approx figure I’ve plucked that out the air ) Can’t see it affecting income much. More about the longer term picture with those extra kids enticed in under a quid a kid scheme becoming lifelong fans. I’ve worked down Ashton gate on Matchdays and the amount of kids in attendance is in the thousands. They even have a kids football pitch in the concourse of the family stand if they get bored watching the game. My lad just kicks a empty cup around the thatchers 😅

Point is they should supply this information, or let supporters know it’s one other thing to wait for, else it makes the whole thing even more catastrophic. In a world where this is done well there’s one ID which is perfectly obvious, the email and any necessary information is sent out close to the date of purchase and nothing is a surprise 4 days before the first match of the season. I can completely sympathise if they arrived this week but the fact we need physical tickets is a bit of a shitshow. And a bit of a waste IMO having these membership cards if they go in the bin after only around 2 seasons of having them.

When I went to the Havant game I had two tickets. Printed the first out and there wasn’t even a barcode on it so looked a twat when I tried to get in. So there’s that to look forward to too.

Membership pack!! What membership pack ?? Tried the numeral code used for buying tickets on line via Tickerdisaster and no joy, total utter b*lls up, and have no faith our tickets with correct seat numbers as bought for season will be correct (via post), probably allocate us to the away end!! and then we have the COVID-19 inspection by Diamond Dave and his dodgy eye peaking at numerous bar codes, vaccination cards and Ethel on the turnstiles directing everyone in the wrong ruddy direction……. Aghhhh!!!! Let’s not forget people, Evolution not Revolution!!! Only at BRFC, total laughing stock!!

Is thus just a BRFC problem or are other clubs having this issue? QPR had trouble with a new ticketing system on Saturday (don't think it was Ticketmaster though). Chaos at the turnstiles, some fans didn't get in until 3.30. The club issued a statement on Saturday evening apologising, and stating that all fans who gained entrance after 3 p.m. will be contacted this week - presumably a refund of some sort will be offered. Interestingly the visiting team (Millwall) were supplied with old fashioned paper tickets, which worked like a dream! I also read that Millwall have binned SeeTickets for this season.

I mentioned in another post that I spoke to someone at Ticketmaster on the phone today and they weren’t even 100% confident that replacement paper tickets would arrive in time! They indicated that I shouldn’t worry as plan c was for me to go to the ticket office where they’d print tickets off for me (presumably if I give them my ST number).
How many season tickets holders are there? How many people man the ticket office (portakabin)?
Think someone else on the forum suggested we should get to the ground early. I thought they were being overly cautious but beginning to think I ought to set off now!

I thought they were being overly cautious but beginning to think I ought to set off now! for oxford the guy checking the covid documents was the friskin guy and was stood right on the turnstile which was unmanned At 2.40 when the majority start coming in it's just going to be a mess.people dont want to ggetting the ground at 2 and just stand there trying to hear the one working speaker playing the same songs for pre match entertainment.
