Any of you guys that have had tickets in the post today did any of you not have the email from club explaining the situation, as I have not received this email along with 2 other family members worried that I have been forgotten.

Any of you guys that have had tickets in the post today did any of you not have the email from club explaining the situation, as I have not received this email along with 2 other family members worried that I have been forgotten. If you go to your (ahem) TicketMaster account, www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/ log into your account, then click on the "My Account" link top right hand corner, and select: Account History. 2 of the "Purchased Items) should be for the 1st 2 home games. You will not be able to print these at home, but should indicate that you will receive the actual paper tickets. If this does not show for you, then the contact details for TM are: Customer Service Contacts Tel: 0333 321 9998 - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Email: brfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk Where you cn check you do have a registered season ticket, that you have/have not received an email, that they will/will not dispatch 2 tickets to your home address. Hope it helps.

Received my tickets this morning. I also received tickets for a G Ritter who lives in Keynsham. I have posted them on to him. If anyone knows him please tell him that he should get them either tomorrow or the next day.

Even though I had his account linked to mine , Ticketmaster sent me mine & 2 tickets for N Ritchings of Patchway which I have also posted on. Phoned Ticketmaster & after a 20 minute wait all they could say was to go to the ground Saturday and sort it out. Thank you so much for forwarding the tickets on, saves us a lot of hassle utg

Same here mate , I’ve had no email , no tickets. I’ll give it a miss Saturday as I really can’t be bothered with it. Absolute joke , I’ll find something better to do with my time.

Just been on the phone to ticketmaster apparently I am down to be sent the proper season-ticket card with should arrive before Saturday if it doesn’t then I am to go to ticket office to get printed tickets. She also said the people who did not receive the email was down to your email supplier. I have gmail interesting to know who else didn’t get the email and also have gmail.
