If you take a toy which is turned on and off by a switch, you can solder on wires to allow it to be used pressing a large button instead. If I buy a toy for say £15.00, the professionally switched equivalent from a specialist company would cost £45.00. |

To be fair the work is far more reliable and there will be additional rules to abide by, but the mark up on special needs equipment is astronomical. We could buy a mirrored carousel for £60+ or make something similar out of a pasta drying rack and assorted items. It certainly channels your inner Blue Peter. |

I absolutely hate paying for things I think I could have done or made myself. The problem is that I have no talent and wildly overestimate my ability. Invariably, I have to get a 'real' bloke in to sort my mess!

The adapt part was a little more difficult to do , but I just shouted at immigrants, waved a flag and started to believe. now I’m a full on Tory voter 😀 🇬🇧 |
