tried the app, where does it say I have a passport? It's the main NHS app, not the covid specific one. It links to your records and there's full details of jabs with a QR code that can be scanned at a venue.

tried the app, where does it say I have a passport? I believe you have to register with photographic proof etc. The covid app that so say tells you to isolate if you have been in contact or check into venues etc does not provide the certification.

You don't need photographic proof of vaccination. NHS number, that's it.

Think people need to chill out here, a lot of views without the research into recent events.
Wembley: They had these rules for double vaccination or take a free LFT test. You show it at entry to get in, it's not hard really, is it? Masks were to be worn in all indoor spaces, exceptions were if you were eating or drinking. Again, pretty simple. You were allowed to take your mask off when in your seat. (Most people didn't even bother at all tbh and Wembley didn't have the staff to enforce it).
Twickenham (I went to England Vs USA friendly): No covid passes/vaccinations were needed, all came in. Rules were that you needed a mask on at all times, including in your seat unless you were eating/drinking. People wore a mask when walking around inside, but that was it. No one wore it in their seats and people were happily eating/drinking.

So because I’m exempt from wearing a mask and don’t have the vaccine I won’t be able to watch even tho none of its law. Is this fact or just a newspaper article suggesting that’ll be the rules?

Won't work for those of us living on other side of the bridge (or in Scotland!), although we did get a proof of vaccination card issued and signed with each jab.

I read it as guidance for the clubs who will then make their own rules. You won't need a vaccine if you do the free home lateral flow testes and upload the result. I don't see any of the new rules working well at the mem. Staggered entry for example, good luck telling people they have to leave the pub early. And if you're late, they're still going to let you in. Personally I have no interest arriving before 2:55. Masks.. people will slip them aside or remove them or slip them aside when they shout or sing, which makes them pretty pointless.
