Any manager gets 10 games for me. I wouldn’t be upset if Wael pulled the trigger now, though. He's had nearly 30?

Just curious as to if there’s still a backing for Barton? Topper and SteveK. That will be it. Topper is 'in' and 'out'. And a third option.

Well if Wael was a hothead owner, which from all we've seen of him, he clearly isn't, he would have sacked Barton this evening. Which he hasn't.
So I assume he's going to give Joey a bit more time, perhaps two or three more games?? I can live with that, but each new humiliation takes us a bit closer to the inevitable decision.
I can't actually now imagine Wael waiting until the court cases before deciding. We could be cut adrift at the foot of L2 by the end of November.

I’m a bit of a happy clapper.
Try to stay fairly level and always try to be optimistic about the club.
However, do I see it turning around with Barton at the helm? Unfortunately not. I’d love the answer to be yes but I just do not see it. He’s too divisive a character for anything to change because I feel from this position it’s already too late.
For that reason he has to go.

I personally believe Swindon will be his last game. I can see the atmosphere on that one being completely poisonous and that will be the end.

I was prepared to give him time to build his own squad and I was fully expecting better than this utter bilge by this point. I’ve seen nothing to even remotely convince me our fortunes will change….Barton now OUT for me.

Cant see any point in these threads every week. Wael is the only opinion that matters. Me I just pray he will change his formation but stick with a side for a few games rather than change every week. How many goals have we conceded from crosses into the box with all eleven players back? Most of the goals we have conceded. Get rid of Kilgour and play three up front to start with.

You’ve directly replied to two of my posts this evening and if I combine the sense contained in each reply we’re still at 0%.

Our best chance of beating Swindon might be if we get stuffed at Walsall and he gets the boot. Otherwise it’s absolutely certain Garner will be putting the nail in.. I don’t see why the court cases make any difference. I assume we would put him on gardening leave and then give him the boot without a payoff if/when he’s guilty in either case.

I think our opportunity to do that bolted when we decided not to do anything at the time it all came to light.

I've voted in.
I didn't really want Barton in the first place. But we got him, we've let him build a squad and I sometimes think we just have to be a bit patient to see the results. I think we have a greater chance of successful this season if we stick rather than starting all over again now. So for me, I'd stick for now, and if things aren't improving I'd twist in a couple of months and let the new man consolidate this season in preparation for next.

A poll on Barton and yet you still couldn't resist a dig a Kilgour. He wasnt bad at all today, Anderton cost us 2 goals and was rightly subbed at HT. We've barely kept a clean sheet all season and from memory those games that we have it's been with a back 3 of Kilgour, Taylor & Harries

Wouldn’t you love the old tinker man DC back about now. His sides seem stable compared to JBs tinkering. As to playing three up front - who?! We don’t have goalscorers we have goal creators.

Bit harsh on Taylor LJG, I thought both him & Kilgour did ok today, Anderton was a liability though and I just dont see why he was picked ahead of Harries
