Dear all,
It is with an extremely heavy heart that I have to pass on the news that Paul has passed away today.
He was an extremely popular poster, a Mod and a really decent bloke.
On a personal level I am absolutely gutted.
My love and best wishes go out to Clare and Paul's family at this difficult time.
Take care and be nicer to one another.

Sadly didn't know the guy but shocked to read this,sad news to hear a fellow gashead has passed away at a young age,my condolences to his wife and family.

Shocked to hear this. He was a great contributor to the forum and I always enjoyed reading his posts. So sorry for his family and friends. I didn't know him personally but sort of felt like I did.

I felt I should come on here with some very sad news, My oldest friend Paul Gregory AKA Gregsgas sadly passed away today. I know Paul valued the forum and the friends he found here. Paul was a lifelong gashead from Eastville, Twerton and through to the years at the Mem. I’ve spent many happy and sad hours on the terraces home and away with him and will miss him terribly, I considered him a brother. Anyway, as I say I felt someone should come on here and tell you guys as I know he had friends here. What a horrible first post!:-(UTG

This is really sad and shocking news. I never knew gregsgas personally, but I always really enjoyed his posts on here over the years.

Awful news. Gregs was one of the better posters on here and I’m sure he had the same positive effect in real life to go with the joy he brought to the forum.

What sad news. My condolences to all his friends and to his family. I didn’t know him but he gained my respect through his posts which were so full of common sense and always worth reading. He came over as a really good guy. Puts everything into perspective.

I'm absolutely gutted to hear this news.
Paul was a really lovely person, kind, witty, intelligent and fun to be around.
I got to know Paul quite well over the years and was proud to call him a good friend.
So sorry for Clare and the family.
Rest in Peace you lovely man.
