We look outclassed, but it's only 1-0. Still a chance to save this. Someone needs to kick Oster in the nuts.
Balanta: our worst player in our worst performance last week, even worse this week. Was the hamstring ice pack just to save his embarrassment or is he hiding a genuine injury?

Watching from the armchair for a change I can't believe how bad we are!!
Turnbull and the 36 year old Oster are passing us off the pitch, we need more pace up front and stretch them as they have it all their own way in the 1st half.

Gateshead, best footballing team I've seen at the mem for a number of years. We are chasing shadows, better with 3 in the middle matching them up shape wise. 1-1 take a draw now.. Mate, there's been number of games this year at home where we've all been hoping for a big win, and then half way through we've decided we're happy with a point. But i agree at this stage I'd take 1-1 |

The worse thing is this is no fluke tonight. I seen this coming. Gateshead are much better than us and deserve the lead. But it was the deflection (fluke?) on the cross which made it dangerous. Without the deflection if would have been cleared I think. |

Gateshead are a very good team whereas we are completely inept and looking more like relegation candidates. The rot has really set in. Technically injuries have stymied us, if we get 8 more points looking at the last 10 seasons we won't get relegated so let's cheer up a bit eh? |
