The mighty Gateshead backed by less than 50 fans, no doubt some rose tinker will soon say they've got a similar wage budget. It seems this mob have turned into seasons, and several before that, of just going through the motions. If we don't put in a decent showing this half you do wonder where we go from here. Credit DC for whatever he said Half Time. Like 2 different teams! UTG yes, first half was woeful. I really enjoyed the second half. Shame we aren't on TV every week. I could get used to watching every Saturday morning.  Just thinking. It wasn't long ago we thought MM was crap. Now we've got a nervous wait to see if our reserve goalkeeper has broken ribs. It's a real shame Taylor couldn't get a goal, or Harrison when he came on. |

Stuart Sinclair gave the entire lacklustre team a blood transfusion at half-time.

First half was the worst I've seen us play this season! Second half was the best!

Fortunately this year's team turned up in the second half, but you do wonder why they were so poor in the first half, you would have thought being live on TV would have motivated them if nothing else. A fantastic fight back but our strikers still all appear next to useless now LDV's departed |

Liked how in the replay you can see Monkhouse follow up the free kick and really give their keeper some.
If it would have been one of their guys in front of the Blackthorn all hell would have broke loose.

It's so much better when the oposition have a go isn't it.
I know we're all annoyed that we're not scoring enough but to be fair when we've played sides that haven't parked the bus we've done alright.
2 against Barnet and woking and 3 tonight against Gateshead all three were decent and had a go at us.
