The 6 points we have dropped from comfortable winning positions against Colchester, Tranny and Salford would have seen us be in the play offs.
There is some solace in that given our very indifferent start but we have to start closing these games out if we want to actually get into the play offs.

Very frustrating and disappointing but first half we were superb, we are still a work in progress but generally going the right way. Need to stay positive.

happy with a point before kick off, certainly, expected more after very good first half, certainly but that's football, the disappointment with dropping 2 points must not detract from what was for large parts a very good performance, shame as a win would have taken pressure off Saturday ,its another positive result from a tough away game and no need for over the top criticism imho.

Massive disappointment. 2 points thrown away through a combination of poor finishing and sh** defending. Game should have been out of sight long before their equaliser. So frustrating.

Shell shocked at that really. But we only got ourselves to blame. To many square passes when we should be going forward with the ball, we need to learn to be more ruthless and kill teams off, if that was Swindon or FGR that would have been a 0-4.

Indeed. But we played 10 men for 50 minutes. Good performance generally or not, it's a shameful and pathetic result. No surprise you only show your head when things go wrong Absolute nonsense you clown. Suggest your read back after Oxford. I'm not even bashing Barton, just saying drawing with 9 men is pathetic. If you think otherwise then I've nothing left to say to you you belter.

Jesus, aside from the blow of conceding, pretty sure that wasn’t offside. I dream of a clean sheet, our ability to concede is getting silly, oh well,

Absolutely sickening, but who wouldn't have taken a point at 7.30. Me? They're not doing brilliantly. Christ, how low are expectations these days? Seriously. Neither were we up until recently. I have expectations, I expect things like that to happen because that's football. I remember Rovers once pulling back a two goal advantage with nine men it happens. So you get over it or stay annoyed.

We look so much better when we are attacking on the front foot. When we try to manage a game we look lost or all at sea.
Sometimes the best form of defence is attack and that’s what we need to do. We should have gone all out for the 2nd goal.
Awful decision to say pitman was offside mind. Wtf was that Lino looking at.

In my opinion the injuries to Belshaw / Grant / Crowd massively interrupted our momentum, and I thought being Pitman on wasn't good I thought Collins had a good game, we need energy up too imo.

Great performance ruined by pushing too many players up at the end on the goal and more than one very dubious offside decision. Daylight robbery but now lets beat the top team.

On the plus side:
How many games have we dominated now? All in a row. We’ve been unlucky to get just a point on several occasions. It will even out over a season. Take this as a positive sign.
Teams are celebrating getting a point at home against us.
We are unbeaten in how many?
We may get a lot more wins this season and these points will be vital.
It was a bad beat, but that’s football. Chew it, swallow it, learn from it and move on. This team has looked too good for every team it’s played for a good while.
Pitman’s goal was onside. Thomas was a coat of paint the wrong side. We will get decisions and coats of paint . That’s how football works. What’s really good is we were clearly a lot better than them.
That felt like a league one side scraping a point from a prem team in the cup, not teams of equal standing.

Not robbery I’m afraid it was poor game management by our team. I don’t necessarily mean by our management I mean the team, the manager, everyone has to take the blame for not seeing that one home.
On Saturday we let a two goal lead slip it was forgivable as both of our early goals were from set pieces and in open play it was a very open and even game , dunno how others saw it but I felt 2-0 flattened us a bit at the time. Add to that the fact that we were shattered from the Tuesday nights game and a draw was a fair result probably but tonight- one nil up against 10 and then 9 men there’s no excuse really. The reason I think we didn’t win that is we fell in to a state of feeling so comfortable in that we’d played so well against 11 , gone 1-0 up then continued to dominate at 1-0 v ten , then they go down to 9 we stopped looking for a second goal we stopped pushing we should have gone for the second but we didn’t and it only takes a second to score a goal.
I would have taken a point before the game and I thought the same before we played a decent Tranmere side last Saturday . but having been in a great position to win both I’ve got to say it feels pretty sh**e to only have two points from those two games.
The upside of course it that we clearly are a side that plays good football and will win more than we lose going forward based on recent games. We just need to play with more confidence and go for it more . At 2-0 v Tranmere we could have pushed and got the third - killed it . Tonight we never really looked hungry going for the second goal.
Sides that win promotion kill games off.

Gutting. I have just reared my head after being slumped over my laptop. Well done all that went, safe travels back and best wishes to the guy that was taken ill. Bring on Stale Mince and his band of Merry meat free men.
